Worst jewelers i have ever set foot in.. not only did they lack enthusiasm.. customer service skills.. worker or owner (im not sure) was rude and absolutely no help what so ever.. took a bracelet in to get a pin put back in.. now in my mind.. that is an easy fix.. aparently not!! They had it for 2 weeks. After saying it would be ready next week. I go to collect it and the same lady goes to me ohh i haven't done it yet.. i have to make a pin!!. Being a jewelers. Shouldn't you already have those kinds of things..! I go ok.. how long wil this take.. she then says early next week.. being as that was today.. i go in to collect it for a second time.. same response!! Really love!! Both times i had already been in the shop.. she was sitting on he behind. Talking!!
I asked if she had done anything and she said no.. i say thankyou but can i please have the bracelet back.. i then proceeded to get it done elsewhere.. the guy behind that counter says give me 10mins and ill have it done for you.!!.. do yourselves a favor and dont set foot in this shop..
