Rude. The pharmacist swore and was hostile. The assistant was impolite and dismissive. I don't know how businesses like this can expect to go on. I'm certainly never going back there. Indeed, I'd give fewer stars if I could. Other reviews suggest this is not a one-off either! Just awful.

The male pharmacist is a nice guy, very helpful in explaining how to take each medicine you have been prescribed, however, something needs to be done about the constantly inconvenienced and sour faced, rude assistants. There were 2 people in the store, and the lady with the short brown hair seemed disgusted that I had arrived before work to collect 2 prescriptions. All she has to do is scribble something on the script and give it to the pharmacist, but obviously she was so busy tapping pens and watching the clock waiting for home time that she didnt want to help me out. She then dismissed another customer who asked if he could have a stat dec witnessed. She turned around, looked at the pharmacist, did not even ask him and said to the customer "nah not today, go round the corner". I am sure the pharmacist and/or owner are very busy people but they need to read these reviews and look into solutions in order to solve the contempt with which the customer service staff hold their source of income, customers!!!!!

29/12/17. 1:30pm. I waiting around 15 minutes after the pharmacist had called my prescription ready. The two ladies working the counter had some of the very worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you don't like your job that much simply do not go to work

This pharmacy is deceiving and well overpriced. They sold me a cheaper alternative medicine for more than the price of the original medicine. When I enquired, they were rude to me and basically didn't care. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

What can I say about these guys?!! I'll leave the other reviews for their current grievances?! My review is based on the past of what was once better in this current premises that I watched disappear from my local shopping strip. This very store used to be a CASH CONVERTERS and before it, a COLES NEW WORLD variety store!! Both of the former guises of this very building used to be great and useful (can't choose either in which I liked best but I do dislike the current guise though!) until these guys thought "Lets make a stupidly big pharmacy store, even though we already have one!" and they did used to have a much smaller pharmacy store before they moved in that former building!! I blame, sorely blame these guys for taking away my CASH CONVERTERS (and old  Coles New World store) in which they moved to Port Melbourne (not sure if they're still there now but I was on great relations of the owner back in that time!) so yeah screw these guys!!!! No stars!!!
