During a what seemed a very quiet time of the day the pharmacist would not take 1 minute to whitess the signing of a Statutory declaration and were told to come ba k the next day. When questioning the decision, we were told that paying customers come first. I certainly will not be  paying customer there , my local pharmacy, ever again..

Overcharge on PBS medication, Owner and staff are rude. I actually was having and Asthma attack last night and showed my health care card for a discount and didn't have a prescription but said I have to charge you full amount then had the audacity to say you don't like take it up withe the health department so I said I will take it up with APPRA. That's why I go to CHEMIST WAREHOUSE.

Since the new owners took over, this pharmacy is really great! Friendly, helpful and several dollars cheaper for my regular prescriptions. I have returned to this, my closest pharmacy with the new owners, and have been very pleasantly surprised. Thank-you.

I just moved into the area and am so happy this is my local chemist! The pharmacists are knowledgeable and friendly - they always brighten my day, even if I'm just passing through. The store also has a fantastic range of gift-ware and they wrap on the spot for free! I would definitely recommend this pharmacy!

Since under new management from the middle of 2015, I have been extremely impressed with the increased quality of service and overall ambience of the alma village pharmacy. The pharmacist manager, Sally, is the most helpful and kind pharmacist I have come across to date who is readily available to give advice. With new giftware and exclusive products being introduced on a weekly basis, I am excited to see the store further improve in the future. It is now definitely my local go to pharmacy!
