I had an emergency late at night when my girlfriend desperately needed antibiotics, and Prahran Midnight Pharmacy was our savior. Not only were they open when most other places would have been closed, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our urgent needs.nThe professionalism and kindness shown by the team were truly commendable. Despite the late hour, they took the time to ensure we had the right medication, and their willingness to stay back without expecting any extra compensation speaks volumes about their dedication to community care.nI am incredibly grateful for their service and for the peace of mind they provided during a stressful situation. If you ever find yourself in need of a pharmacy after hours, Prahran Midnight Pharmacy is the place to go - they are compassionate, efficient, and genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommended!

The reason I have given 1 Star was I felt that they were watching my every move which made me feel very uncomfortable the other reason I picked up an item clothing they had on a rack we have Price tag of $34 .00 I went to purchase  all my items but was told that the item was $ 64 .00 I immediately ASKED her to look at tag but she replied there is know tag that go me quite angry  they clearly stuffed up the price and was trying to cover it up. It wasn't the friendly or welcoming at all . Won't be going back

The staff and pharmacists are incredibly amazing, especially the pharmacy student Louisa! She was so kind, friendly, and helpful. Despite the pharmacy being very busy, Louisa and her colleagues did their best to ensure everyone was taken care of and spend time with my query!

I have been to this pharmacy a couple of times before and the customer service has been good.nnI went to this pharmacy last weekend as I was extremely unwell to get medication via prescription. However, since I had received a scanned copy of the prescription and not an e- prescription it was hard for them to provide the medication. The customer service personnel was trying to be helpful, however the attitude of the pharmacist behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. He did not speak to us once, and we did not get a clear answer until an hour later that they can’t provide any medication without an e- prescription.

Friendly staff. Always happy to help customers. They provide multiple services from additional services such as vaccinations, express delivery in 60 mins for locals, and also offer fast scripts for customers that need a script. Recommend going to see Daniel and his team.
