Love this chemist. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and informative. They had the medicine I needed, and they have a great gift/homewares/cosmetics range too. Thank you!
Friendly staff. Always happy to help customers. They provide multiple services from additional services such as vaccinations, express delivery in 60 mins for locals, and also offer fast scripts for customers that need a script. Recommend going to see Daniel and his team.
Prahran Midnight Pharmacy was a disappointing experience. The staff came across as rude, judgemental, and snobby—offering little help and making the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. Instead of support, I felt scrutinized on why I'm taking opioid medication. I'vehad4 spinal surgeries and suffer from chronic pain in my neck. For a late-night service meant to provide care and convenience, it missed the mark entirely. I won’t be returning unless major changes are made.
Needed off hours support from a pharmacy. Nice to have an option. Store is closed n middle of renovations but staff helpful and courteous. Glad to know this option is available.
Exceptional pharmacy - huge range of stock and services. They always have the scripts my family and I need. Late opening hours are a saviour! The staff are patient, empathetic and knowledgeable, both in person and over the phone. I cannot thank them enough for their help.nIt can be a bit tricky getting a car park nearby but has good public transport access.
