The staff and pharmacists are incredibly amazing, especially the pharmacy student Louisa! She was so kind, friendly, and helpful. Despite the pharmacy being very busy, Louisa and her colleagues did their best to ensure everyone was taken care of and spend time with my query!
I have been to this pharmacy a couple of times before and the customer service has been good.nnI went to this pharmacy last weekend as I was extremely unwell to get medication via prescription. However, since I had received a scanned copy of the prescription and not an e- prescription it was hard for them to provide the medication. The customer service personnel was trying to be helpful, however the attitude of the pharmacist behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. He did not speak to us once, and we did not get a clear answer until an hour later that they can’t provide any medication without an e- prescription.
These guys have been solid doing midnight for over 40 years I have been going. Don't just do late night see them normal hours, great collection of goods and great service. Well done
This has been my local pharmacy for the last 2 years and the customer service is usually outstanding and is what keeps me coming back, however there was a different pharmacist in today and he was so unbelievably rude to me. I left in tears and do not want to go back in if he is there. He did not want to help me at all and was so dismissive of me. I came back after needing to go home to grab some ID and without even getting back up to talk to me told me I’d have to wait 20 minutes because he was doing paper work when all I needed was him to sign a form. I’m not sure if I’ll continue using this pharmacy now
Friendly staff. Always happy to help customers. They provide multiple services from additional services such as vaccinations, express delivery in 60 mins for locals, and also offer fast scripts for customers that need a script. Recommend going to see Daniel and his team.
