In a world that has become so modernised and rushed it is comforting to find a pharmacy whose philosophy seems to be about genuine customer service and medical support. Every time I see Manoj the pharmacist and his lovely co-workers I leave with a smile on my face and a skip in my step.

Lovely service each and every time. Highly recommend to make this little gem your one stop for healthcare needs.

I came here to use their parcel point service, the staff were extremely friendly and even offered to print off some paper work for me because I don't have a printer.

I would like to share with our community how lucky we all are to have Prahran Central Pharmacy current management looking after us.

Anna is a client of Prahran Central Pharmacy whereas I have been dealing with this pharmacy as Anna’s advocate. Based on my own health professional background and dealing on behalf of my client, I quickly learnt that Prahran Central Pharmacy has indeed client centred approach and the best pharmacy to join as a client. So I have become their client too.

Anna and I would like to share our experience with all of you and to thank Prahran Central Pharmacy staff for their outstanding customer service and passion in assisting people to stay healthy.

Anna has been a client of Prahran Central Pharmacy since 1997. During that time lots of changes/management and pharmacists moved through this business bringing it to a higher level of service provision.

During the last year or so 2 new pharmacists, Manoj Vassan  and Kie Lim joined Prahran Central Pharmacy. Initially Anna was hesitant to continue buying her medications from this pharmacy as both pharmacists do not speak Anna’s language. However Manoj and Kie demonstrated high business skills by keeping the best of their staff members on board and making business/management transition smooth for all their former/current clients.

The depth of Manoj, Kie and their staff’s expertise and their excellent people skills, their enthusiasm and devotion have enabled both of us to always obtain our medications on time every time, receive professional advice on medications and our well-being, thus enabling “leaving better and longer in own home” as according to the Current DoHA Reforms.

We, Anna and I, are very grateful to Prahran Central Pharmacy’s staff for their excellence in the provision, ability to tailor their service to each individual consumer taking into consideration consumers’ cultural, medical and financial needs, whilst engaging them in decision making to maintain and improve consumers’ health.

Based on our experience we would like to say that Prahran Central Pharmacy staff have gone above and beyond their direct role/responsibilities providing best practice service.

Anna and I would really appreciate if this feedback would be passed on to Prahran Central Pharmacy’s management, to all Prahran Central Pharmacy staff, them to be acknowledged and recognised for the excellence in service provision.
