Always great service and a great selection of products. Verry well maintained and clean shop.with an onsite vet and grooming services are exemplary. I purchase all my products for my fish and cat here. Also tag engraving onsite. Recomend for any pet lover.

Finally this place has employed someone with horse expertise! Georgie is amazing, really knowledgeable, really helpful & a pleasure to deal with! The only reason you don’t get 5 stars is because it took so long to get a member of staff that knows as much as Georgie. She truly is an asset to your team!

We recently lost our puppy. It was sudden and unexpected and the team handled it beautifully. Dr Kate took every single one of our calls and talked us through every update and explained everything going on. Following the loss of our puppy each of the team that had cared for her through out her life took time to contact us or speak to us in store and we're so genuine in their heartbreak at our loss and constantly checked in on us. They made us feel like our puppy had a family there not just with us. I highly recommend the Hoppers store and the wonderful team they have working there.

Grooming srvice is not quite good. My dog was done with dry shampoo and was not given a proper bath. They charged me the whole amount.

Such an incredible team- when my cat needed surgery and ended up passing you were all so empathetic and kind. I've never heard of vets sending personal sympathy cards to the families when a pet passes, I was so touched and I want to thank you. So accommodating to my dog who is dog-reactive, I couldn't recommend you all enough!

Cannot recommend this place enough. They're amazing with my little girl dog but the way they handle my nervous boy is astounding. Carla always takes as long as he needs and even let me bring him in to aclimatise him on her break. They have never forced anything he doesn't like and genuinely care about his welfare. Prices are completely fair and out of all the vets I have been to, they always get back to my insurance company super fast. My mother in law travels from Mill Park to see these guys with her dog so that speaks volumes. Thanks for caring for my Eddie boy and giving Strudel so many treats :

The vets & people that work here are absolutely beautiful. The vet Simone made me feel so welcome & gave me so much helpful advice as a first time dog owner, & the rest of the staff have been so generous & welcoming to me. I always feel like my dog is being taken care of here! They have helped me multiple times over the phone as well when pups has been sick & I feel a great sense of peace knowing that I’ve got this team to lean on when I need it. 100000/10

Have shopped here regularly for years, but only recently have used to vet service. Wish I had done sooner…very friendly people & have been extremely happy with the service we receive. Would highly recommend.
