A, Very SMALL Bunnings, Compared to others I guess with the Hoppers Crossing & Tarneit, Warehouses, Not that far away .. They, Stock your Everyday needs .. Also .. They, Stock plants In the little garden space .. Found 2 Gorgeous plants .. & * Found a couple that were in rather POOR CONDITION too .. With DRY leaves & broken branches, Full of leaves in the bottom of the pots , Etc, etc .. Got them on a Clearance * I call in most weeks, For a stroll around .. So, I've found them at different times .. * Staff are Helpful They are happy to have a Chat & Share some knowledge .. However .. Parking is rather .. Squishy
Worst customer service ever. The manager refused to help despite it was entirely Bunnings fault . He asked me to go to the Tarniet store where I bought it from. I went to Hoppers branch and they were simply amazing by giving me the missing piece of timber for my door frame.
It's a smaller bunnings , staff were very knowledgeable on a home project I were doing. They found all the things I needed and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need , or a more expensive item , great service will shop here again.
Nice little place but they have what you would need to buy. One way entrance and exit makes it lot easier to drive in and out. Plants section is very small, however nicely maintained. Check stock level online before going to the store. Overall good experience and fast processing time.
This store is much smaller than the Hoppers Crossing one but have the same stuff. The staff here make the difference. Very friendly and chatty which makes looking for stuff and asking questions much easier and more comfortable. Will be coming back here before going to the other one from now on.

I find it disgusted that the Werribee store closes at 7 when everywhere else close 3 hrs later. We went to the Hpppers Crossing store they didn't have what we needed, so we couldn't go to the Werribee store cause they bloody closed at 7
Good experience, bought two items. Noticed one was damaged when I got to the car. Went inside and swapped it quickly. Very happy and easy experience.
The staff here need to learn some customer service skills and should be trained in the processes of returns and refunds. I went to return something I paid for through ZipPay, and they told me I couldn't return it without the original card which I explained doesn't exist, since it's an app after 10 mins of me trying to explain that I've returned things before this way and I just get a voucher in place of a refund, the 2 staff I spoke to assured me that wasn't possible. I drove 10 mins over to hoppers crossing and the lovely person I spoke to gave me my voucher refund with no prompting at all. The staff at Werribee also spoke to me in a condecending tone, which I found rude and inappropriate. I won't be returning to Werribee Bunnings when Hoppers Crossing is much larger and much friendlier.
Smaller than the hoppers crossing one, but this one's closer for us. So, I usually check stock online and drive in. Mostly not too busy during weekdays.
