The aisles are well-organized, and everything feels fresh and spacious. It’s a pleasure to browse now.nnBeyond the aesthetics, the core Officeworks experience remains top-notch. The range of products is as extensive as ever, covering every possible need for home, office, or school. The Click & Collect service is super efficient, and the print and copy centre is reliable and provides high-quality results.nnWhat hasn't changed, thankfully, is the excellent customer service. Bee was extremely helpful today when I came in to purchase a MacBook. He explained to me the benefits of different laptops. Bee is a very well educated person who is extremely professional and cares about the customer.! Bee also gave us space to think before our purchase which made it extremely comfortable for us to go through with the purchase. 10/10 service highly recommend Bee to help you out!
All your stationary needs under one roof,accessaries like lap tops, i pads, LED etc. Best shop.
Do not try to get here during school pick up - what a nightmare! Massive traffic jam. The main street is the only way to get to the carpark. There is no entrance at the front even if you walk so you MUST enter via the carpark. Otherwise the shop is fine once you manage to get in there.
What a joke of a store! Stock cards to take to their counters for the purchase of apple pens however when you get to the counter there is no stock. Try again with a different style of pen - again no stock. Why bother keeping the cards on the shelf for purchase if you have none in stock?nPrinting and binding - they charge twice the amount to print at a counter as opposed to doing it yourself. So when you go to use a printer and pre authorise your card, NONE of the terminals accept any card. So you are forced to attend a counter.nAnd finally, never enough staff to ask for assistance for anything. They are all hiding behind counters waiting for customers and you have to literally hunt for someone to help you - and that’s as long as they don’t tell you they can’t help you!nOfficeworks Werribee has and always will be useless!
