We went to get a print out from this particular officeworks today, but was not expecting a long queue. Though they have atleast 6 billing counters, but they were only operating on 3-4 counters. It seems like they have got less staffs working.
NO stars deserved. Worst customer service we've had to endure due to having to do something extremely important!! 1 staff memeber serving 9 customers while the other 3 staff stand around playing on their phones looking busy. 45mins waiting time to take photos only to have turn around & still edit photos ourselves for what we needed. Thanks for nothing!!
Always long queues for print and copy services with hardly 1 or 2 manning the counters. Why not have more people on shifts. there are empty counters. Also need more self-serve print machines considering the traffic. At this store.
Staff are wonderful and try really hard to serve their customers. But head office has this crazy situation where they have blocked off the front entrance to the store during COVID and now refuse to re-open it. Everyone in Werribee is bambozzled as to why they have to walk right around the block through an unsafe carpark without a walkway to get in and out of the store. Wake up Head office!
Easy parking which makes it easy shopping I always buy keji A4 paper, great value and never jams in our copier.
Fantastic service I didn’t have a face mask which I realised after driving all the way to this store and instead of being turned away staff were more than happy to assist me and even gave me a mask to take away at no charge So I would be right for the day Really Werribee office works is my preferred store for the service I receive each time
Click & Collect And Pay & Collect both ends up in one long queue , when you know your Click N collect order was ready 3 hrs ago and you still have to stay in queue for 20mins to collect it, it's very disappointing, They can do better than this.Printing Order 31jan 22 6.15pm
Went to Officeworks werribee on Sunday 21/08/22 at 5:20pm and couldn’t get the reply print me release email even after sending 7 emails at the self service counter so had to call staff to help out. The staff named ANGELA woman in her 60s was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping out she said I can’t help you out and told me to don’t wait at the counter and come some other time she was very loud and disrespectful. Then I called a guy named TA was very helpful and calm he listened to me and said if you don’t get reply print me release code email come to the print and copy counter and we will get it for you. He was very professional. I think that lady was not happy to work on Sunday so she need to reconsider her shift and attitude towards people and I think manager of this Officeworks werribee would help her getting more customer service training for the sake of customers. I wish I can give zero star but there was no option to give zero stars.
I dont understand why they can't serve more then one person while waiting for other prints or purchases ? 3 staff members just stood around the printer talking and waiting for a print instead of just going through line and solving simple issues for customers.
Yeah nah eh! Customer Service here is totally utterly the worse! If you're looking for help, Good Luck! asking the staff here for help is like squeezing blood out of a stone and their attitude behind the counter! Oh Mmmmman, don't get me started! See ya NEVER!
