Our recent visit to Officeworks for printing services was disappointing. We encountered a problem with the printing and approached the staff for help more than three times, but no one came to assist us or even acknowledged our concerns. It felt like our time and effort were not valued. Sadly, we left without completing our work. I strongly recommend that they train their staff better to handle customer queries and provide a more professional experience.
Give one star for lady working in ‘print and create section’ today 8January at 8:40pmnI arrived at Officework 8:40pm.nthe lady at ‘print and create section’ was serving one man before us. After waiting 10 minutes in lane she asked us to go to self serve for print and scan at 8:50pm. We were not familiar with self serve machine but she refused to help and said its closing time. I told her its still 10 minutes left and we were waiting here at service area. She told come tomorrow. Its not fair to wait 10 minutes there and still 10 mints left for closing then why come back tomorrow to print and scan one page.I know its closing time but closed ‘the print and create service area’ 10 minutes early and then still standing there and start using phone. I request the management to provide training to her about customer service
Amazing customer service by Pauline this was the name on the receipt, she works at the printing counter. Had a couple of documents to print and bind and the file sizes were too large to be done at the self service station. She guided me through the whole process and was incredibly patient/kept checking in as the files took ages to upload online. Despite the hectic line, she got the whole job done super efficiently. So grateful!
