I have been really impressed with Ryan Reavie during my recent relocation from London back home to Ireland. Being an Estate Agent myself working for one of the top agencies in London, I have incredibly high standards for Customer Service and Ryan met those, above and beyond, compared to most other local agents I dealt with, who really disappointed me with their lack of communication or even interest in my search! We had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan when we found the perfect rental property with Hannath. After being in touch with lots of other rental agents which caused lots of stress due to lack of communication, working with Ryan was an absolute dream. From the initial enquiry to the viewing and application process - he made it all so smooth and stress free for us. Ryan kept in contact throughout the whole process and our application was accepted and we were in to our new home just over a week later! I had such a positive experience with Hannath when recently moving back from London to NI. They were very clear with the steps required and responded quickly by both phone and email to move the process along. They accommodated my requirements and put my mind at ease the whole way, which was important given I was going through the process some distance away geographically. I have recently just used Hannath for the sale of a property. Having also using their rental service in the past I have always knew they were one of the best estate agents about. It was first class from start to finish. Got a great sale price and exceeded all my expectations. Great communication throughout which was exactly what I needed as this is my first time selling a property and was unsure of the process. I would recommend anyone thinking of selling to look no further. And a special thank you to Ciaran for all his help!!
Absolutely fantastic experience so far with Hannath. The team kept us well informed and provided instant updates of any changes. They definitely go above and beyond what you would expect, Christine actually called while she was on annual leave which was brilliant. Very happy with the service.
Have dealt with Hannath for a number of years as the property I have just sold was rented out through them from 2011. When we decided to sell, Adam from the sales team attend the property and advised us what we should do to give the property the right appeal although the property had been completely refurbished to a high standard but it is the little touches which we had not though about where, Adam's experience helped us out greatly. The small works where completed and the house advertised. Within a week the house had sold with an increase in the asking price of 10%. We would just like to express our thanks to Adam for the very professional way he handled everything with nothing being to much trouble for him. Would very highly recommend.
I dont usually leave feedbacks. I had to, as it was a pleasure working with Gareth & Claire when I went to view a house. The're an absolute & must have team duo in any firm. Unfortunately I didn't proceed to make an offer on the house due to minor requirements on my part. But Claire kept on with her follow-ups to see how I was getting on with my house searches.
