Having recently moved houses we were nervous about changing groomers to somewhere closer as we had finally found one who didn’t make our Golden Retriever look like a Lab. I can honestly say that our boy Hugo has never looked more handsome after a groom! His coat looks a million bucks, it’s soft and he smells absolutely delicious. The staff are wonderful and warm with their greetings and can tell they have a genuine love for dogs. We are beyond thrilled with Hugo’s groom and so thankful we found Masters.
Absolutely fabulous . From the initial phone call right through to the grooming. I needed my dog to be groomed, so googled dog groomers in my area. When I phoned for an appointment, I just felt happy and at ease that my dog would be groomed perfectly. On grooming day my dog had lots of anxiety but again I felt so at ease leaving her there to be groomed. Ceejay was so welcoming and friendly. On pick up, my dog looked super. The best groom I think she has ever had. I have already made another appointment as these guys know their stuff and are sooo very good at it!
I brought my dog in for a 2pm appointment for a haircut and dental cleaning. At 5:30pm I hadn't had any contact from them and so I called to find out how far along they were. At that point I was told my dog had been quite stressed out, scratching at the door of his suite and falling into the water bowl and he was not ready and they would call me when he was. I decided to go there in person. Once there, I was told they were still yet to clipper him, wash and dry him. Unbelievable! They stressed out my dog and did not have the courtesy to call and let me know he was stressed and only informed me once I called them, after he had been with them for 3 and a half hours already! I have taken my dog to groomers before, and he has never been stressed. Do not take your loved one here. Terrible groomers and sell you a gimmick. I'd rather call the dog wash guy that comes with his van to your house.
After months of trying to find a groomer to look after my beautiful boy we come across Masters, he had his first groom today and it was beyond expectations! The staff are so lovely, our boy looks amazing and they were so patient and caring with him, so grateful to have found them
Tim & Nick provide a service that not only exceeds expectations, but it completely blows them out of the water. The love, attention and care that they provide for our two Pomeranians goes both above and beyond with every single groom. Not only do they take the time to ensure that your pup is incredibly relaxed and comfortable with the process, they do a brilliant job. Both our dogs come back every time with an impeccable groom and they smell incredible. Their new facility on Wallace Avenue is out of this world. It’s literally a day spa for your dog it’s genuinely nicer that many human day spa’s I’ve been to. The thing I love about Tim & Nick is that with the level of service that they provide, the prices are extremely reasonable and worth every cent. Their knowledge and understanding of the products they use and their effect on the health of our dog’s skin and coat is remarkable. As overprotective owners, we know that our pups are safe and well looked after when we leave them at Masters Pet Grooming.
Quite let down with our recent experience. We have used many Groomers in and around the point cook area but we've never been charged a dollar per minute for brushing my bubs out. On top of this the reception I have received after running 12 minutes late for my appointment was extremely rude and this was despite of the fact that I called to advise them of the same. If you expect better value for the money you pay, I would stay away from this place. In reply to the owners response to my review I would like to add that when it comes to reviewing a business I do take it very seriously as I understand the hard work that goes in to establish and run a business but at the same time I strongly believe that it is very important for other patrons to know what to expect. It's very convenient for you to claim that my dogs were extremely matted but I disagree as they had a groom not long ago and they are brushed weekly sometimes every few days and we've never had any concerns at any other Groomers In the past and my dogs are 6 and 5 years old. And yes I was given the option to make their hair extremely short which would have completely change their look and leave then unrecognisable. I hardly think that any dog owners would take up that option.
MPG are the best dog groomers in our area. Great customer service and attention to detail. Your furry loved one will be well cares for.
Have been to this place a couple of time for getting my toy Cavoodle groomed. Here is my feedback: What went well: 1. Service is good 2. People are good What annoys me: 1. I have been trying to get a recurring appointment but have not been successful. Given I have a Cavoodle, the hair grows every month which needs to be groomed so I need a repetitive fixed appointment. Somehow this facility has a “booking form” which claims to be their “online/digital solution” but requires someone to look at availability etc, so it’s certain when you will end up getting appointments. 2. I have discussed this several times with their team and infact just got off a phone call and was advised to book next appointment when you are leaving from the last appointment. And then I was also told we are busy and booked in advance. Question for owners: Why would you want your customers to go through the pain of booking appointment every time and not provide a recurring appointment function is beyond me. Your grooming is great but if I can’t get to you then it’s pretty pointless.
Great experience. Our dogs which we have 3, all different breeds are treated so wonderful and they are groomed to perfection. Highly recommend.
Terrible hair cut. Clear instructions with an old photo given and they did something completely different. This is first time we went to them and they did a awful job They cut her hair so short we can barely recognise her. We asked for a haircut/trim but what they did was nearly a shave. Be careful and probably tell them twice what exactly you need.
