Well kept apartment hotel, clean, slightly warn but still very clean and wonderful.nnHotel staff are informative and friendly, great views looking out into the harbour.
Was unable to make my booking due to a flight cancellation, when informing the team at reception was told to kick sand and that no credit for a future stay was available.nnWhilst i am sure the facilities are nice; buyer beware that there is zero flexibility or customer service towards those that cannot attend due to circumstances outside of their control.nnMy advice, stay somewhere else where the staff have a bit of heart and soul.
Nice rooms, nice and quiet. Beds were really comfy. Have to pay for parking. Great dining options close by - Rupert and Hound was fantastic
These guys made our honeymoon stay so special - we really appreciate it!!!!nThe room was a one bedroom king suite water facing and so so spacious!nThe two “thrown” chairs looking out to the sunset and the light up bridge was to die for!nWe will definitely be recommending for others to stay here!
The staff are amazing. Very welcoming!nnJust be aware that it’s a paid parking zone and hotel guests have to frequently go and sort out a valid parking ticket.
