Have had the pleasure of ordering both online and shopping in-store and on all occasions it has been hassle free, with plenty of friendly staff happy to explain the technical side of things in an easy to understand way. Made my selection a lot easier, and I felt more comfortable in this store than the likes of other larger retail chains. Less pushy and more about ensuring they sell me the RIGHT product for my needs. Will be back again! Thanks :)

Great sized store. People where great too. If your going for computer parts I would recommend spending some time online as some parts are kinda hidden among all the other parts. Otherwise, feel free to talk to the staff about any recommendations and the likes, they are really helpful and friendly.

My favourite store for IT gear. Staff are generally friendly and not pushy. Generous parking (except during one of their crazy sales :) ). If you're after anything techie then this should be top of your list of places to visit.

Hands down the worst retail experience i have endured took them 4 weeks to complete my order due to them saying they had it in stock at time of purchase and this not actually being the case, they never contacted me to say there was a delay and i only found out after phoning them myself. first they said another 4 days needed then phoning again after hearing nothing was told will be another 10 days, after 10 days with  again no contact again i phoned and was told the part is now no longer available and was asked if they could substitute it for a lower spec part plus a hard drive i didn't need to make up the difference in retail price, i said no and asked if they could obtain a different one equal to the one i ordered  that was available threw one of their suppliers i was told they would inquire if stock was available and get back to me, this took 3 days to happen and only after i emailed to ask what was happening because 3 other retailers had been able to do this for me within an hour. after confirming they could get the item they ordered it but even tho at this point had been nearly a 4 week mess around with their customer they did not see the need to have it shipped to them overnight instead choosing the economy option causing further delay. when collecting my order in store i was had to wait 15 minutes while they organised someone to collect it from out the back and at no time did they apologize. 1 star is only because i had too a zero star rating is the fair rating i think given there was no customer service at all i did all of the chasing up, of the staff i dealt with online and in store all didn't appear interested at all in getting this order resolved in a timely manner. if you are considering PB Tech then do not there are plenty of other retailers who deliver a far superior service easily found on google

Surprisingly poor customer service compared to their Wellington branch. Staff were busy talking to each other and didn't seem to have much time for customers. Would also be nice to see more Google phones on display.
