Recently bought a high-value item (ex-demo TV set) that was reduced in price because the model is discontinued; once it was set up at home we discovered significant screen burn covering about 20% of the screen area. After consultations between Panasonic NZ and the store, Noel Leeming Hornby arrived at a satisfactory solution for us very quickly, involving the replacement of the product at no further cost to us. Impressive customer service guys! Well done.

My partner brought a vacuum cleaner from them and they didn't even stock the HEPA filter you need to use it lol .. lucky Briscoes was thinking about supporting their own prducts. We also had too stand in a que for 15 minutes while the staff were having long conversations with certain customers and totally ignoring my partner and I 😡
