I found the staff and service from NZ Camera top rate when I visited whilst on holiday in Christchurch. My photos were printed quickly and looked great. I got some great, practical advice on using my new camera too. Friendly, efficient service!

If you need a quick cleaning service, NZ Camera is the place to get it done. I dropped my camera off and they cleaned the sensor and all of the lenses. They made some small adjustments to the auto focus and an hour later, I was back in business for not a whole lot of money. The technician was attentive and thorough.

BROKE MY LENS..Put my camera and lens in for a clean and service, as soon as I got the camera back noticed the body hadn't even been cleaned properly and upon mentioning this, the rude man who appears to manage the store used the age of the camera as the excuse, after taking the camera and lens out for the first time, the lens wouldn't shoot in above F4 and appeared with an error message saying the contacts are damaged, I contacted the store and they told me to bring it back in, the same arrogant man used a dirty cloth to clean the contacts and then when it still was not working after his pathetic attempt, he proceeded to be even more arrogant saying it was pure coincidence that it was not working now and refused to help, other than sending to another place where they would charge me more than the lens cost to attempt to fix it. Avoid this store like the plaque, the manager of the store has no idea about cameras or customer service, you would be better off asking a sales assistant in a burger king to fix your camera as they would probably have more of an idea than this guy.

Brought my camera from here. Very good service and good advice. Good range of cameras and accessories. If they don't have in store what you need they can often get it in for you.
