Good customer service same day repair for apple macbook, item was returned in good condition and staff were very helpful. Repair was free of charge from apple allowing a exemption which was very nice. Only thing that lacked was waiting time and lack of communication from staff over repair times.

The head office and senior management in this place seem to be a major issue. Try getting a refund on a faulty item and takes over two weeks, not only is this just useless service its also a blatant breach of the Fair Trading & Consumer Guarantee Act. Went above the store manager and called head office only to be spoken to by the accounts lady in a foreign accent that this is normal and I was wrong. Avoid all of this companies stores, unless you enjoy being messed around by an absolute joke a business

Catastrophic customer service. My 2 month old iphone 8 firewire cable broke on the end (not sure how, perhaps stood on?) and when I plugged it in, a tiny metal bit left in the charging socket. "Service" person used his iphone sim card ejector thing to try and flick it out for about 23s then went out back and returned announcing it was 'physical damage' therefore warranty is void and I would need to buy a new phone or repair at ~80% of the cost of a new phone. When I said 'couldn't one of your tech guys try and get the bit of metal out for me' he repeated 'physical damage' at me like I was an idiot and said they could, but it would cost 80% of the cost of the iphone to replace the case as the plug is built in. I thanked him kindly for the 'service' and went home. Inspired by the attempt in the shop, i used a sewing needle to work the bit of metal out in about 2 min. Last time i darken their door!

I went to the shop in Blenheim Road, Christchurch, and it was for sure the worst customer service I've experienced in 3 years in New Zealand. The guy at the front desk (Reece I think) suggested me to call apple and ask for an exemption as my iPhone was clearly in mint conditions but the touch screen was going funny. I did that and then when Apple asked them a report, the technician (some Tristan Brady) stated that the phone was bent and that was "quite noticeable when placed on a flat surface and pressed on any corner". As this was absolutely false, I went there (after 5 calls they never answered, I went there and the shop was empty, just the guy playing with his phone) and asked them to talk to this technician so he could show me the non-existent issue. There was no way to talk to anybody. I then asked the guy at the front desk to "press my phone on any corner" and he admitted it wasn't moving but he said he was not the person who wrote the report. Rude and incompetent. Don't go there, they'll only make you waste time, energy and the right to use your warranty.
