Reasonably priced and fast repair. Refurbished phones I have got from Mobell have been great with fantastic battery life. If something goes wrong, he is happy to make it right again. He is professional and efficient with his service.

These guys sold me a great second hand iphone, runs fantastically. I dropped it a few weeks ago and asked several service companies if it could be fixed and was told the cost wouldn't be worth it. But then I asked Mobell and they did it within 2 days, cheaply and professionally. Overnight courier home.

Best phone deals out there! Recently bought an iPhone SE 2 in mint condition with 100% battery capacity for an awesome price. Plus it comes with a free screen protector, cable, and adapter! Plenty of places in Auckland I could have gone to but ultimately chose these guys. Will be getting my next iPhone from them again for sure.

I usually am sceptical of buying refurbished devices however I ordered the iphone se, received it in tauranga 3 days later and its nicely in a box, screen protector on, looks like new and works great. Very happy

I've bought a couple of iphones  from them , I just wandered into the shop and they went out of there way to help me out each time , there prices are far better than you can find anywhere else , the staff are extremely knowledgeable , skilled , helpful , and friendly. The phones I've bought from them have worked perfectly they gave me a screen protector , phone cover and charger for free , the $550 second hand iPhone i bought from mobell is better than the $1000 new iPhone from spark who didn't offer a cover or screen protector , Honest and trustworthy shop , support local business! highly recommended

We bought 2x iPhone 8 64GB phones 1 red and 1 black from Mobell Phone Services and we're very happy. Both phones are in excellent, as-new condition with 100% battery health as described and came with new clear cases, chargers and cables. Very good service. The staff are knowledgeable about phones and very friendly. They fitted the screen protectors for us while we were at the shop. I would highly recommend this local family-operated business and look forward to buying from them again for any future devices.

I have bought a iphone 6 of them 3 years ago 2 years ago a 6s last year a iphone 7 now a iphone x and always comes with quality service and great pricing!! I bought an iPhone 8 from here, had a minor issue with the screen and they happily replaced it with a different phone straight away. The phone is in nearly new condition and was fitted with a new battery. Really great service and better value than taking a chance on a used phone bought privately and having to DIY a battery. I’m sure I’ll be back to buy more phones in the future.

I recently purchased a phone from Mobell, but the brand I got was not compatible with my Hearing aids. The staff at Mobell understood the problem, took back the original phone and assisted to select a phone compatible with my hearing aids. Can't recommend them enough for the help and great service.

horrible service. i was lied to and told the phone was genuine, and that the battery was replaced only. The phone case that was sent to me also did not fit phone correctly. i also did not receive an invoice when the phone was sent to me. unbelievable. An email address was not provided throughout this purchase either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM! to be lied to about genuine parts is atrocious!!!!  do not believe the comment below-  very sly, and good with how to be persuasive . BUYER BEWARE. beware new Zealand people
