The Bose headphones are so damn good. I use for gaming, listening to music and on my morning walk. What’s better is the ear pads are replaceable and pb stocks them so they are like new again. 10/10 best buy last 5 years
Good sized store. The parking is very awful. Not enough parking at all. There is also a bureaucracy when it comes to payment. When i got one of the products at the checkout, it wasn’t packaged up properly, so I asked if it is new. The lady told me to go the sales team to ask and didn’t resolve my issue on the spot. Their price in general are good and that is the only reason i went to buy from them. Also, when i tried to buy apple air tags from the app for Click&Collect and it was marked as not available until 9th Jan. However, when I got to the store, they were in stock
Reflecting what others have said. I returned a faulty item at this branch because while this is far away from home, I happened to be in the area. I got a text saying they can only offer store credit. Okay? Could be worse but not a big deal. I wanted to know how I can use the store credit because I don't see it in my account or really any indication I had credit. They never answer the phone no matter what day or time you call them. I have never received a response via email either. I did not have this kind of issue with other branches so I'm disappointed with what happened.
Purchased 3 monitors for my simulator. One of the monitors was broken on unboxing. From my perspective it looked really bad and even tho I wasn’t at fault it could have been implied that I was. They could have very easily denied any wrong doing, but they fully replaced the monitor no questions asked. Top marks for customer service and will continue to shop here.
Few years ago went with a mate to buy an ssd then got stopped by security guard to check bag did not get stopped when with parent, the person is either age discrimination or think we’ve poor. Today went to buy a relative cheap phone just for general use, gets kind of bad customer service “you can buy 100 phones and won’t get discount”. I just need a simple ‘no’ not a whole bunch of sentences like saying your poor.
7 checkouts yet every time I come here Ive gotta stand in queue for 10-20 minutes. Today there was a line of customers and no-one serving them
Terrible customer service: goods didn’t arrive on time, queued up for over 15 min in the store in the middle of the day on a Friday - only one checkout open and about 10 staff wandering aimlessly in the shop at the same time, and it took over 10 min to get a refund. Total nightmare - will not shop there again.
Best tech store in the city. Amazing collection, verity and good customer service. Even prices are good and amazing offers on special occasions.
PB Tech have the worst post service of any organisation I have delt with. Faulty product less than 2 months old. Poor communication. No interest in timely replacement of faulty equipment. When asked directly blamed head office service division saying they were busy. Wouldn't give a timeline of when they are able to enact a repair or provide a replacement. Days/Weeks/Months???? Also PB Tech have no replacement parts for a new product.
One of the smaller stores, the only qualm I have with this store is the parking, good luck trying to find a carpark if there is a sale, otherwise the staff are pretty helpful and friendly.
