I purchased this EZVIZ security sensor for doors and windows. On the box it clearly states “tamper alarm”, which makes you think it comes with an alarm or sound function. In reality, it does not make any noise at all. There is no built-in siren, it only sends a notification. The product isn’t broken; it simply doesn’t include what the packaging suggests.nnWhen I tried to return it, the store agreed but wanted to charge a 20% fee, even though this is basically false advertising. Completely ridiculous. The items are in perfect, unused condition, yet I’m penalized for a misleading description. Very disappointing experience.

My go-to place for all my personal and business tech supplies. On average,  it's always been a great experience. One point, find someone with both the technical knowledge you require and focus on providing advice instead of a quick sale.  I have found of late that it's worth doing a price comparison. Surprisingly, I have found much getter deals elsewhere  for the same model and product.

Colin at your Penrose store need a big bonus. I'M Not a tech person and he was so understanding, patient and helpful and found me a solution to my cable issue. Can't speak highly enough about his service.

I went in to PBTech to purchase a GoPro case and was assured that the case would fit my GoPro. Unfortunately when I finally went to put it on, whilst on holiday, it did not fit my model.nI expected the worst and took it into PBTech to attempt to replace or get my money back.nI spoke to the same salesman whom I had originally purchased it from and NO PROBLEM!!!nWow thank you very much for making this situation better and reimbursing me.  I will be back to purchase products again.

Do not trust them for repairs. They claim to be authorised Apple repairers, but their professional conduct and customer service is appalling. They refuse to follow the spec, don’t explain what is wrong with broken devices provided - just ‘it’s broken pay $580’. You cannot tell me what is wrong?nnI’ve reported them to the ombudsman for investigate further - I strongly recommend you don’t take what they say at face value and ensure you get everything in writing. They refuse to use email or phone and try to do it all over text message - so make sure you screenshot it all. Very dubious
