Would give minus stars to this if I could. One of the worst stores ever due to a manager named Diana. Did not talk politely to us with no respect. She got scared when I asked her senior telephone number. Because she knew it would raise a complaint. Anyways never gonna shop there again. Save time and buy in some other store but not in Sylvia park.
I had a disappointing experience at Noel Leeming Sylvia Park due to poor customer service from Kashika. Her attitude was dismissive making the interaction frustrating. Good customer service is key to a positive shopping experience, and unfortunately, this was lacking. I expected better from a reputable store like Noel Leeming.nnHowever, I want to acknowledge the older gentleman non-Pākehā who was incredibly helpful. He provided detailed information about the products and ensured I had everything I needed. His assistance was greatly appreciated, and I hope the store emphasizes consistent customer service across all staff.
Worst customer I have ever had. I was looking for a Chromebook and was asking about the specs on various machines. The person who I was talking to seemed irritated I was asking questions and wanted to be elsewhere. It wasn't like they were busy or anything, there were hardly any people in the shop. The attitude of the young man was disgusting, he seemed more interested in reading his phone.
I had a terrible experience with this store and its manager named Bhaumik. About 10 months ago, I bought a vacuum cleaner for $139.50, and recently the suction stopped working. Since it’s still under warranty, I expected them to handle the claim professionally. Instead, they blamed the issue on “lack of maintenance,” even though I’ve always kept the vacuum clean and properly maintained.nnTo make matters worse, they started the repair without sending me a quotation or getting my approval. Then they hit me with a $189.01 invoice – more than the original price of the vacuum! Why would I pay that when I can buy a brand-new one for less?nnThe store manager was unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to honor the warranty properly. This is a clear violation of the Consumer Guarantees Act, and I’ve already reported them to the appropriate authorities.nnI will never shop here again, and I highly recommend avoiding this branch if you value good customer service and fair treatment.
This store has the worst store managers to run a shop. Don't know anything about customer service. Purchased a dryer 2months go which was faulty and they sent technicians around asked for the dryer to be replaced instead of fixed as the problem was solved and they can seem to make a 5 minute phone call. Happy to take your money but not happy to take the faulty goods back or return a phone call.
