Very happy with the service and quick response to any questions. Even though we're only 2.5 weeks out from Xmas, the delivery was quick and easy! For my part I had a very good experience as a customer excellent customer service both by phone and by e-mail. The purchase came earlier than agreed which was excellent for me. My purchase came very well protected against bumps. One year warranty with the PC and an affordable price
My partner and I recently bought a PC here, and I can't stop praising the speedy delivery, great quality and also outstanding customer service. We were nervous due to a couple of one star ratings on here, but I can tell you now, those ratings are either falso or over exaggerated! Our PC is clean, was well wrapped and was delivered the morning after processing, all during lvl 4 lockdown. We are beyond impressed! Thanks team for being so wonderful, efficient and speedy!
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, Highly disappointed to see that in the reviews the customer is attacked by response. I purchased a lap top last week to replace my desk top which stopped working. I was very happy with the lap top originally when it arrived last week, however I went to use it over the weekend and set it up and the battery died, when I plugged it in to charge the charger smoked, sizzled and singed my cabinet. I charged my computer in the interim with my friends charger, the fully charge lasted not even 15 minutes : I have contacted pc traders and sent the charger back, waiting for a replacement which is great, but this is my third day I haven’t been able to work now and even when I get the replacement charger I will be limited to where I can work due to the lack of charge of computer holds, there for is not really suitable for my needs. I am behind in work now so I think I’m going to have to go purchase a new laptop from the local store as I have zoom meetings tonight and tomorrow. My advice would be to buy new the first time : save the hassle of the process of getting things rectified
Shocking customer service! I had my computer for less than 4 months before it started showing issues. Now, one month over the warranty is is completely inoperable and they are unwilling to resolve. Attempted to contact them multiple times during these issues with no assistance or action. I will never be doing business with them again and I highly suggest to anyone considering buying from them to avoid it so you won’t be in a similar situation.
Very easy and quick to get deal with. The monitor I purchased looked brand new and it was packaged just the same. Saved alot of money by buying second hand. Keep up the great work.
This people ripping off customers providing faulty and damaged items. I agree that this guys selling second hand laptops but it shouldn’t be damaged and faulty. My sister bought laptop through their website which she didn’t know that this is second hand computer shop/ company. As soon as the courier package arrived and corner of the laptop screen damaged, she didn’t even turned on the laptop/ use it. After arguments and photos sent them they sent replacements for the laptop and now this time charger wasn’t working. We have given them opportunity first time for replacement but even replacement also faulty and the manager Sandeep said it’s been checked prior to sent , he doesn’t have any sense of customer service reply rudely to my sister on call and through email. Looks like this people are scamming to customers and ripping off customers. We sent them all photos and videos of the faulty laptop which is not even a week passed and had no reply yet. We will going to take legal action against through consumer court. Rubbish products and rubbish customers service from manager. Not recommend to anyone at all to buy from them be care full guys don’t look their shiny website it’s only looks good on their website but actually you will get rubbish from them.
Ordered 2 x items 1 works great! The other laptop had a fan failure multiple emails where sent still no response , received on the 6/6 advise PC traders on the 11th still no response . Have since fixed the fan issue at my own cost so rather unfortunate and disappointing after sales service and for that fact buyer beware if not in Auckland on any refurbished units from these guys.
I highly recommend PC Traders. I'm very happy with my purchase. The computer does exactly as advertised and fulfills my requirements. It was very reasonably priced and delivery was well within the set timeframe.
I have purchased two PCs from PC traders and have totally recommend them to my friends. The delivery is fast and the service is really good for if you have any questions about your PC.
