Store dirty staff not very knowledgeable, didn’t really know what they have. Pricing wise some prices are crazy and no room to improve. I guess the staff members here do not get sales commission but a base salary so that could be why.
I had a mixed experience buying a washing machine from here. Sales rep was initially quite pushy however after allot of negotiation gave a good deal. A couple days later they dropped the washing machine I had bought off a truck. The good thing is however I got an even better deal from them then because they gave me a washer dryer for the same price. The only way to get a good deal here is to price haggle. Be careful as some of the initial prices are similar to what the products are new. Make sure you do your research before coming to ensure you don't get pushed into a bad deal.
Worst possible experience cannot recommend this team. Purchased a washing machine including delivery, installation and removal. The delivery showed up a day late on a Tuesday, rather than the Monday we’d booked. They had damaged the machine and put a big dent in the front of it and did not have the parts to do the installation. The installers said they’d be back no later than the next day to install. The next day came, no one came or called, so we called them. The call centre apologised and said they’d spoken to the team and they’d be there the next day, Thursday, to finish the installation. Thursday, no came, had to call the call centre again and was told the same again. Friday, same story no call until I called the call centre. At this point the call centre person told me to wait while they contacted the branch manager. The branch manager said I had to come to the store to get the extra part or they’d courier it out to me. Saturday, I finally have to go back to the store myself to collect the part and finish the installation of my damaged machine myself. Atrocious service, I didn’t get the machine or service I paid for and they have told me that they cannot refund me. Avoid this company but if you must use them do not use their incompetent delivery services. How this type of transaction can occur in a national retailer of this size is beyond me. You have been warned.
It's a nice place and plenty of good deals going on. Staffs on the floor were probably around 6 and they were very friendly with their greetings. But the funny thing was once I'm about to ask for help, all the staffs were gone from the floor like they trying to play hide and seek with me. so I went to the counter which had a lovely lady and friendly Indian man whose also confused as of their staffs whereabouts. All the staffs must have taken their break at the same time. Poor these two people at the counter. I give you guys 2 stars, one for each of the counter people.
Good place if u want to buy something in a good deal. Bought a Electrolux fridge from here and was cheaper by nearly $500 as compared to other stores just cause it had a small dent in rear hardly noticeable No issue with fridge and under warranty
Great deals, Awesome customer service experience, I made my decision on the appliance in no time. He who served me, provided me reasonable insights into the products that was on display helping me zero in on the one that picked quite easily.
Long story short: bad experience, do not recommend Noel Leeming at all! 8 months after buying a dishwasher from here it started having issues, it had a 2 year warranty so not to worry. Called customer service to arrange assessment and I was told someone would call in 48hrs to book a time. 1 week later I still heard nothing back so I called again only to be told within 48hrs someone will call to arrange to book a time. Another week passes and still nothing! So I call again and get told the 48hrs rubbish again, I said that if I don't hear from anyone then I will be taking it to the store. Surprise surprise I hear nothing, so I take the dishwasher to the store and after 2.5 weeks with them I have heard nothing! Absolutely despicable after sales service, I will not be shopping at Noel Leeming ever again. Obviously when things go bad they like to stick their heads in the sand and hope it goes away.
Totally dissapointed not low prices at all in fact same product not on special $400 dollars cheaper everywhere else... And the salesman wouldnt leave me alone. always google the model number .dont be ripped off !
The clearance center is best place to buy, new or second hand products with reasonable good price. You can find all home appliances from variety of brands. Some brand appliances with minute defect can purchased at a good discount. You can take 5 year warranty for new extra bucks. So if your not sure about buying home appliances from unknown person this is a best purchase those things.
You need to look for a bargain and also negotiate. Most prices aren't a great deal but there are some amazing deals. I've purchased a few items at 50% off retail. There aren't a lot of staff but I have found all the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable.
