Really happy with my purchase, very good quality Mangosteen M1 , if your after something a bit more slick this will not disappoint, and definitely will turn some heads. A little additional advice for the retailer would be to add a bit more one on one involvement in the sales process with the customer even if its an online sale, other than that im very satisfied with retailer and would shop with them again and recommend them.
We purchased a large rug and couldn't be happier with the quality. The staff were absolutely fantastic, so helpful and cheerful. Definitely going back to purchase another one for the lounge, curtains once we have measurements, and my husband is keen to look at the scooters. 5 stars all around
WARNING! these guys are absolutely horrible with their after purchase service. My scooter broke down abruptly and I had to arrange a pick up as it was under warranty. They got back saying it was water damage. I paid 340 to get it fixed and returned. Two days after I got it, it broke down AGAIN. I was in the middle of no where and at night, it was a task to arrange a ride. I got back to them regarding the same, and they have been ignoring my mails. I am contacting citizen advise bureau and will have to try some legal ways. The scooter is still under warranty and should supposedly "fixed". It costed me 1500.
Suggest strongly you read the reviews before buying, terrible after sales who refuse to honor their warranties which often leads to courts action. You've been warned!
Amazing selection, helpful staff. Terrible after sales service they do not support you post your purchase. A $2000 scooter is sitting in the garage because they won't order or hold spare parts.
*WARNING DON’T BUY FROM THESE GUYS * Unfortunately you can’t give zero stars!! The TNE V6 Quattro was top of their range at $2590. So I purchased from these guys. When I received in a new box, the product had a few scratches so, not so new should have read the signs. After 6 months I had returned it twice as it was stopping all the time and breaking down. I was offered 6 month warranty extension, which I refused as I wanted a full refund. Under the consumer’s act I was entitled to it, however, Micheal Huang dragged it out an extra Month and I finally accepted a discounted refund. However, his unprofessional manner and unwillingness to listen to their customers is disgusting, they need the commerce commission to audit these guys as they are ripping people off everyday. Their products are inferior and cheap and the staff are drones of Michael who has clearly given them scripts to adhere to. ***** BUYER BEWARE*****
Y Scooter has rattled apart 3 times. The 2nd time it happened it caused an accident and I got badly injured as the parts got caught up in the front wheel. Owner does not care about this. Refuses to give me a refund or replacement. Will only fix it. And I'll just have to keep getting it fixed. I will be taking them to the disputes tribunal. Be careful purchasing from them. Make sure there are no faults. If there is. Demand a new one or a refund immediately.
Make sure you know what you are buying! Overall a good experience dealing with these guys, very friendly and attentive staff who clearly know their products very well and can continue a conversation about specifications thoroughly. Just a few things from my experience for any prospective buyers... I bought the TNE Q4 V3. Initially speaking with a young woman, I was strongly encouraged to purchase the 'demo model' which they would be able to offer me a discount on as it only had a small number of kms on it. The unit worked fine until a user error me damaged it... note the rear footrest does not hold any weight! On calling and speaking with another staff member they encouraged me to bring it in, I showed it to them and they confirmed I had unintentionally damaged it, but very kindly allowed me to exchange it for another 'demo model.' I will mention this second unit did show signs of moderate use. Note: the odometer apparently can be reset on this scooter. So I took the second unit home and immediately after powering on for first time it was faulty and would not stay on for more than a few seconds despite holding a full battery charge. Phoned up the store again and the gentleman on the phone said he would prepare a 'brand new' unit for me for $50 extra or offer me a refund. On arrival they had shown me the new scooter fresh out of the box and all clean shiny and obviously new. Staff allowed me to go for an extended test run to ease my nerves. I had a very positive experience with the young man who served me after needing to return the first time, however I am skeptical of what they are defining as a "shop demo." Staff advised this is due to the manufacturer requiring the scooters to be serviced to meet specifications before they can sell them, but some of the floor models look like they could have been customer returns or been simply refurbished. Purely my opinion though. I felt really looked after, the team did great to ease my anxiety and going the extra mile throwing in some freebies and positive vibes to send me on my way...I just hope that I don't need to go back for a 4th time...
I bought a hoverboard from here for my daughters birthday and within 2 days there was fault. Upon returning it it was taken in for repair. I was advised I would be called the next day once a technician had looked at it. 2 days later I called them. But good news! : the overboard was ready for collection. Bad news: upon collection this was clearly not my overboard but an older board with clear wear and tear to it. I feel I was blatantly lied to as they advised me it was definitely my board - even after I later showed them photos to prove the difference. They will not replace it and have instead given me a $30 refund. Terrible service. I bought a new item and have instead received a secondhand device. I would avoid these guys at all costs.
I purchased a TNE Prometheus electric scooter from Kiwi Hoverboards. The scooter arrived with a flat a flat rear tire which I didn't notice until I rode it a few km and by then I had damaged the brake line against the tire. I advised Kiwi Hoverboards of the problem and they immediately dispatched a replacement tire and brake line for me as well as offering to have the scooter returned for repair. At all times they were helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend purchasing from Kiwi Hoverboards.
