I had a really amazing experience in store. I was looking for a gift, and Charlie was so helpful and very knowledgeable with all the products in store. Charlie made my day! He found me the perfect gift! He is definetly a huge asset to the team - thank you Charlie, I will be back again.

Came twice. Don’t think they want to sell something. Everyone just said hello to you and then got busy with their own things. We went to the stores in Sydney and Auckland before, very friendly and helpful. At least felt happy to spend money there.

So this is what happens when you purchase two suits for over 4K at Paul Smith for your wedding.  Referred us to M&E Tailors literally walked us over for ‘professional alterations’.  Well, $600 in alterations and three trips later, we have been lied to shirt sleeve on PS shirt accidentally taken up by tailor who at first denied touching the shirt until we threatened to bring back to the store two chop jobs on jacket see photo and then Bonnie the Paul Smith Manager at Collins St., Melbourne snickering on the phone that this was ‘not their problem’ due to the suit being purchased online.  Even after explaining to her that the only reason the suit was purchased online by their salesman in their store was because they did not have the size in stock, she refused to assist us in any way.  Complete lack of professionalism all around and so disappointed in the lack of concern by the staff at Paul Smith, who we believed to be a high end, customer service oriented brand.

Paul from the Melbourne store was incredibly helpful over the phone and helped with a present selection that was just right. He sent suggestions via text with photos and wrapped the gift beautifully. I was able to collect in person from the store.  Many thanks for amazing customer service.

Excellent service from Bonnie. If I could give 6 stars I would have. Had an urgent order that she also arranged a courier delivery and arrived in time for my function. Highly recommend Bonnie and her team, thanks again

Service of staff was professional but also personal. They provided great advice to purchases for myself and others. Quality of goods are very high and designs are quite unique. Beyond the clothing, the store is historic and it is nice to see Paul Smith retain its heritage. Definitely visit this store, regardless of intent to purchase or not.  Attended store late May 2021

The in store experience was excellent! Annabelle was so attentive from when I walked through the door. Love the products, and the displays are all on point with such unique displays. Would 100% recommend for anyone to come and visit.

Whilst they did not have the specific style I was looking for, for my wedding theme, the man who helped me was extremely helpful in showing me around, and also gave me some suggestions of other stores I should look to find the style/colour I was looking for. Great customer service.

I don't usually buy clothes, but I do like the offerings at Paul Smith. Good range to choose from. Very friendly and helpful staff. They're not rude and they don't try to push you into buying more items.  And where else can you get Paul Smith x Cinelli cycling caps?

Website mentioned closed at 7pm. I also called before and staff said it's closed at 7pm. I came on Friday night at 6pm on 18th/02/2022 to get a wedding gift and they told me it's closed. It's a very disappointed for a misleading information.
