My first purchase at Lorna Jane to try and compare their sport bra with Lululemon. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing shopping experience at Lorna Jane Melbourne Central on 20 May 2023. I was there to collect my order but had to wait for at least 15 mins because the cashier was serving 1 customer. I would appreciate if she had acknowledged that there was a customer waiting in line for a while by apologising about the wait when she served me or advised that she will be with me shortly when she was serving the other customer. I hope this is not how Lorna Jane usually operates in their customer service area.
Why cashless ..? I've been a member with Lorna Jane for nearly 20 years. Today they refused to serve me as I wanted to pay in cash i was told digitaltransactions only. Bye bye LJ, cash $$ is king. I shall take my business else where. No respect guys!!
Lorna Jane grow up Not everyone is size 10 Your sales assistant said ' LJ is not for everyone" ....really? She did not skip a beat Its not a great culture , as a business leader how does this happen again and again. Somethings broken My friends experience is all over socials She was gutted Its not the 80's Leadership is brainwashing your people to judge customers - then say it out loud. . Lets hope Sweatty Betty and Stella adidas .....grab market share cause they sure run an extremely slick op I had the same experience as my friend about 10 yrs ago ....NEVER went back and I only shop at SB and SMc now Cant believe its still happening in 2023.
I have had a terrible experience with Lorna Jane. Will never shop there again. They have lost what could have been a lifelong customer. Sports Bra disintegrated and broke within months despite hand washing and their customer service team has been very unhelpful. Do not shop there. It is a waste of your money. Would give them zero stars if I could.
I hate shopping for exercise gear, but Romi and Audrey were working the Melbourne Central store and made the experience relaxing, friendly and enjoyable. Not something I was expecting... They listened, chose items that worked and I know the items I picked up are going to make getting back in shape so much easier. Thanks ladies!
I’ve recently started to exercise so I’ve been looking for appropriate activewear in Melbourne. I stopped by this store today and I have to say that it’s been one of my most pleasant shopping experiences in Melbourne Central. Staff was very friendly and I’ve spent more than half an hour trying on more than 7 tights but Stacey was especially helpful, attentive and patient with me all throughout until I found the perfect tights that suit me so well. It was a bit pricey than I thought but in the end it was totally worth it. I’m definitely going back to buy some more crop tees and pants in the future. Thanks Stacey once again for helping me find my one and only fave tights ever!
I came in and bought some stuff last week. One of the young girls Caitlin was absolutely amazing, she was so lovely! Will definitely be returning to this store, can not thank her enough! Her customer service was superb!
Have been back and forth to this store 6 times now to return faulty water bottles that leak. They either can't find the email or the computer won't work to process the return. I have a chronic illness and this is difficult for me to travel. I have asked the customer service team to relay the information to somebody who I can ask for specifically and they insist that store staff will know what I am talking about. 6 store visits later I'm still stuck with these leaking water bottles. Disgusting to treat a loyal customer this way over a couple of water bottles when I have spent thousands on this brand.
Excellent customer service at the Melbourne Central Lorna Jane store today by Chloe I think?! She was not only making sure that customers were following the covid protocols but also was very friendly and extremely helpful! Thank you!
I went shopping on Boxing Day and was changing in the dressing room. Without notice, one of the shop assistants opened the curtains and I was so embarrassed that my clothes had just come off. Crying
