Beware - the quality of the materials and the Worksmanship. I purchased a Giorgio Armani Suit in September 2011 paying $1500 instead of the normal price of around $3000.00. I thought I would get a quality suit that I could wear for years to come. The cut was indeed very sharp and stylish and I was very happy with my purchase. However early this year barely 22 months after the original purchase I have noticed large areas of the seat of the pants were wearing through. I am really at a loss to understand how a high quality suit could be made of such flimsy materials that the pants wear through simply by sitting in them. I have not even worn the suit that much - maybe a maximum of 1 in every 5 working days. I have tried complaining to Armani but seeing as I bought it an an overseas store noone was willing to address my issues. I would seriously question whether anyone should buy clothing from this manufacturer - it appears that they are all brand and image and no substance - beware - the quality of the materials and the worksmanship.
