Uniquely themed in a hot air balloon style Pancakes in Paradise is extremely popular for families and large groups who like to sit in our themed hot air balloon basket tables.

Fully licensed and with great coffee and old fashioned milkshakes Pancakes in Paradise is open 7 days from 8am Breakfast (bacon & eggs, Canadian, eggs Benedict etc (as well as our huge pancakes) lunch & dinner.

We love pancake and this place has the best pancake. The price is a bit high for a simple 4 stack pancake with butter and syrup. We had to wait for a long time for our food to arrive. The atmosphere on that day was a bit noisy from the table next door. Service was good, staffs very friendly.Food: 4/5
Honestly, was just kinda wandering and such, got hungry and saw this place and decided I wanted Pancakes. Got the Pancake stack and holy heck! I'm stuffed and satisfied. Compliments to the chef and also compliments to the staff. Gonna be back again and recommend it too anyone who's needing a good feed.

It's like a culinary magic show, but with a lot more hunger-induced frustration. On Wednesday 8th November 2023. My partner and I went to Pancakes Paradise and we were served by Tracey. She was well mannered, warm and polite. We ordered 1 large iced coffee, 1 Raspberry Spider and 1 Deluxe Burger with chips. We really enjoyed the drinks and the burger was excellent. Good customer service there as well. Huge shout out to the chef as well. Highly recommended. Thank you.
There was dark green mould in my butter ON MY BIRTHDAY. I complained and all they did was SWAP IT with barely an apology. Even my kids knew how they handled my order was unprofessional and bad representation of food health and safety regulations. I'll be taking this higher as you refused to deal with my complaint on a professional level. My mums a chef and is in disbelief that you couldn't care about people's health and your own company like this.
Toast is really just bread here, no colour at all, the bacon is barely cooked, seems like it was boiled and hit the grill for about 10 seconds, my avocado is bruised.. oh and my poached eggs were only half cooked, split them open to cover my ‘hot’ smoked salmon in egg white. Absolutely horrible. My wife didn’t finish her scrambled eggs so I got to scab the rest of those, they were good.
Today was my first visit to Surfers Paradise and to Pancakes. Our server, Rory, was very personable and attentive. He did a fantastic job coming around to check on us, to see if we needed anything more. Unfortunately I didn’t order pancakes. The burger I had was good but I’ll be sure to return on my next trip from Canada, specifically for the pancakes!

We chose to have mothers day breakfast at pancakes in paradise, after waiting almost an hour for our "all you can eat pancakes" half of our table didn't recieve their meals.. nit sure why you pay for all you can eat when they only bring out 4 pancakes.. I asked the waiter how it works and she went to the kitchen, looked back at us and walked away. After calling another waiter over to ask where the other half of our order was it took him 30 minutes to work our they lost our other 4 guests order and offered a refund for one all you can eat... a mothers day breakfast that was suppose to be nice and chill turned into nearly $300 morning because we got a parking fine as well because of how long it took to get our food. So disappointed and won't be returning.
The restaurant is in a great location however you have a find a parking spot close by. Not too far from the beach and shops. I ordered all you can eat pancakes with butter and maple syrup. Loved it and also their milkshakes and coffee is nice. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Great for pancakes and other meals. Highly recommended. Kid-friendliness: Kids would love it.
