BRYAN KELLY – HEAD CHEF
With 23 years experience throughout London and the Mediterranean, Bryan now brings his expertise to Australia. He has a sound understanding of sourcing high quality produce including fresh local sea foods, seasonal vegetables & meats. Bryan & Simon work together to ensure consistency in both quality, and deliverance of Hellenika’s menu.
