We booked Gemellini to celebrate a special milestone and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The food and service were outstanding from start to finish.nnFor antipasti, we had the Arancini al Funghi – easily some of the best I’ve tried on the Gold Coast. Our Ortolana pizza came out with the perfect base and fresh roasted vegetables, while the Gnocchi al Pesto was creamy and full of authentic flavour. We finished with their classic tiramisu, which was the perfect way to end the night.nnThe team were attentive without ever rushing us, and it felt like the kind of place you want to book again soon. A real gem for anyone looking for authentic Italian including gluten free options, whether you’re local or just visiting the coast.
Bellissimo!! Staff were so attentive and friendly, The food was delicious traditional Italian! The pizza bases were perfect, exactly how my Papa would make them. Can’t recommend Gemellini highly enough. We were up from the Central Coast and have eaten at many Italian restaurants, but Gemelli is now my favourite place by far.
Went there for dinner and the food and service were exceptional!nAll meals were delicious, the pasta perfectly cooked. Will definitely come back and try different dishes :
Was a very nice place to dine. The meals were very good, close to a 5 star rating, but not quite there. Would definitely return another time to try it again. The service was great, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The place is fairly loud, but you can still converse.

I got the ravioli, bruschetta and two person dessert.n___________________________________________nUpdate 6/4/25nnI got the spaghetti marinara and it was absolutely delicious, came with 3 mussels, 3 prawns, and some other seafood pieces. Was here 6 months ago and had a very nice meal back again with another 5 star meal. The meal itself was the perfect serving size leaving room for dessert which was the bombolone crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, filled with chocolate with a texture similar to Nutella.nnThe staff were friendly and inviting to us, also informative about the drinks on the menu. We had already booked a table, when we walked in all the tables were taken except for our booked one. Our meals came quick we waited 15-20 minutes which was quick for a busy restaurant.nnThe Restaurant is quite compacted not very spacious but that is no issue. The lights are not insanely bright and lit dimly with a little lamp at each table which was nice.nnOverall by the end of each meal all our plates were empty 4 of us. Definitely 100% recommend and would make this my go to restaurant for Italian.
