Absolute joke. I received my Aussie impossible burger with completely charcoal patty. I rang to complain & I just got a “sorry get a refund from door dash” but you cooked this burger & sent it out like this? It’s not edible & I think Grilld should take accountability for sending out these “healthy burgers” it’s a no from me. $22 for this gem. Door dash didn’t cook it? How can you put this on a burger it’s actually entertaining!
not a single nice thing to say about this place. time between paying and food coming out was an hour long, have been to busier grill’ds before and never waited this long. watched them make my burgers and then watched them sit on the counter for 10 minutes before being dawdled out by the staff. there was no sense of urgency whatsoever considering they were experiencing a “rush”. by the time they brought our burgers and chips out they were stone cold and not enjoyable at all. would not recommend this grill’d at all, staff management was poor - i saw 3 staff standing doing nothing at multiple times during my hour of waiting, staff were also unpleasant and not apologetic about the situation at all. for the price of the burgers i expect better , would have gone to hungry jacks if i wanted poor quality burgers
Love the burgers, plant based and gluten free options, must try the zucchini chips! Wish there was a grill'd near us. Only downside is its a bit on the pricey side... but worth it for a treat. Vegetarian options: Heaps of plant based options, the most I've ever seen! Dietary restrictions: Both Gluten free options available and low carb buns
Worst service of any Grill’d store I’ve ever eaten at. Ordered and 40mins later had to chase the order up. 7mins after that manager turns up and apologies and says it will be another 5mins…. Finally got my burger and it was cold and the zucchini fries turned into sweet potato fries. And it was 11:30 in the morning and I was one of 2 customers when I walked in. 7 customers after me had all eaten and left by the time I got 1 burger.
I never leave google reviews but had to after this. Filthy tables, 40min wait, a a 20cm blonde hair ‘placed’ hanging out both sides of my burger. Asked for table cleaned and didnt use cleaner and left all the surrounding tables. Worst fast food experience ever, takes the cake. Glad its not the experience of other Grilled resturants. These young staff are going now where in life. No pride, service or care.
2nd time in a row we have ordered food for pick up/take away here where the food is wrong or missing. Last time they forgot some of the order which we didn’t notice until we got home. This time I checked before leaving and sure enough the whole kids meal was not in the order bag. Lucky i checked.! Got home to open our meals to discover one meal was completely wrong. So wrong in fact that we specified through the app certain things due to a serious allergy. The rest of it, chips etc were stone cold and the other burger was dry like leather. Staff don’t read orders, stand around gossiping and obviously pay no attention to what they are doing. Been to many other gilled over the years. This one is terrible. Bring in kitchen nightmares to fix this place up or at the very least send the state manager to sort out the mess that it is. Avoid !
The wait time to order and especially the wait time to receive the order was not worth the food. The staff were all over the place and appeared to have absolutely no organisation. For the price you pay you’d expect much quicker and organised service. Staff had no idea where my order was up to even after calling it and then had to package it for takeaway after mistakenly plating it. Heard another customer ask staff if she could go to another store. Seemed to prioritise delivery food partners over in store customers… won’t be returning.

The food we ordered was fresh and delicious. The place set up an ordering sistem where with mobile phone the customer can read a QR code, what bring up the menu and from there able to select the food and drinks. After the selection complete need to pay and place the order. It was ok until this moment but when ask for payment the only option was the credit card. No Gpay or Apple pay. So after we spent about half an hour, we needed to go to the counter and order the items again from the serving person. I think if the owner put the energy to set up a modern system should consider that, this day most of the customers using mobile phones for payment and not carrying credit cards
We were the second person to order for the day, it took close to 40 minutes to get our food. The food came out cold. Chips had to be redone. Wasn’t very well managed to start the day.
