Tried the bottomless brunch with some friends! Its great bang for buck, you get unlimited mimosa JUGS not glasses and a breakfast of choice. I had the Nourish Bowl and my friends had the Salmon Eggs Benedict, Bacon Eggs Benedict and the Sausage and Eggs Breaky. All the meals looked appetising when they were served and everyone enjoyed them. The beetroot hummus in my Noruish Bowl was to die for and it tasted so fresh, special appreciation for the crispy kale. The mimosas were very tasty with some a little fancier than others. Definitely try the Raspberry Lemonade and the Raspberry and Orange one as these are the fanciest to look at. They were all very yummy but made with Prosecco that was a little cheap as a few of us ended up with headaches not long after our 2 hour session. Atmosphere was family vibes so not super ideal for a few 20-something-year-olds to get wasted in the early afternoon, but still pleasant. Our waitress was sweet and chatty which made for a fun experience. Would highly recommend! Vegetarian options: A few meat free options available and changes easy upon request. Dietary restrictions: Easy to request.
Great spot, service was great and the food was spot on with plenty of flavour, I have to say it was one of the best big breakfast dishes I've had on the coast. The girls got the Bottomless Brunch with all you can drink mimosas for 2 hours and they loved it. highly recommended this place.
Return visit to Forreal for lunch didn't disappoint. Service by lovely lady couldn't fault. Always so friendly and welcoming. The meals were great. Coffee excellent and definitely recommend their fruit smoothies.. And so refreshing to have our Labrador with us alongside on an outdoor table.. Thank you. We definitely will be back.
This was our first time visiting Forreal and we're happy to report that it lived up to the positive reviews! Fantastic menu with plenty of appealing options if you're a meat-eater be sure to try the maple sausages! and decent coffee. Lovely management who made us feel very welcome. The only thing we would have changed was the music - a bit subdued and not a very beachy/Saturday vibe. Taste: /5 Value for money: /5 Customer service: /5 Atmosphere: /5 Will visit again:
The team were efficient, friendly and so patient with our kids and the food - delicious! Definitely recommend the Benedict with the tarragon and black garlic hollandaise
What a great place to meet friends and family for a coffee or a meal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They made you feel welcome.
Had a late Sunday breakfast here. The food was excellent and the staff smiling, friendly and helpful. They were very busy obviously popular with the locals but the wait for food wasn't too long. We had the Recovery Breakfast huge, the Breakfast Wrap also huge and the Bacon and Egg roll don't forget to break your egg before you bite into it! ooops!. We would recommend all. A lovely spot for breakfast with friends or family. As a side note we drove past the night before and it looked very popular then also with groups of people sitting around outside having a drink or two.
[SOURDOUGH IS THE BEST] Big portion+Nice and warm service+relax vibe=5 Food: 5/5
Best and only bullet proof coffe on the GC!! Epic as F!! GF banana bread is amazing Vegetarian options: Loads of different options for vego or vegan!! Parking: Had loads of parking at 7:15am Dietary restrictions: Got something for everyone!!
Very underwhelming. I have been here a few times and always given it the benefit of the doubt but won't be going again. I am surprised at the high rating however they do have a lot of seats in the sun and the coffee is good so that's likely why. The food is very basic. We ordered coffees in a mug and were given smaller ones in a glass charged for the mug, sausage and eggs meal was so basic, one lonely sausage that was cold in the middle with a small portion of scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of pre-buttered toast, accompanied with 3 very sad looking snow pea shoots. I understand this is a basic meal but there was something just so bland and underwhelming about this presentation. Siracha Fire Eggs sounded great, in reality they were tasteless and overcooked. If you like chilli eggs I highly suggest you go down the road to Daymaker Espresso, their chilli eggs are fresh, impressive and delicious. These were sad, dry and dull. Big breaky was $29 + I believe a surcharge due to the PH which is fine, but the sausage here was cold too, as was the toast. Bacon was soggy and oily. Staff were friendly, wish I could write a better review but after paying around $95 seems like there was a 15% surcharge that was not advertised or mentioned, the 3 of us eating were all really disappointed in our meals.
