I dined at The Glenelg Public House on my own and came specifically for a steak, and it did not disappoint.nI ordered the eye fillet and it was absolutely amazing – so tender, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour.nI also had a side of broccoli with garlic butter, which was just delightful and paired beautifully with the steak.nEven though I was dining solo, the experience still felt warm and welcoming. Service was excellent. Adam looked after me and was incredibly friendly, attentive, and had just the right amount of humour, which made the experience really comfortable and enjoyable.nOverall, a fantastic meal and great hospitality – I’ll definitely be back.
It’s been exactly a year since we last went here. And it was as amazing as we remembered. We ordered beef tartare and bone marrow which was to die for and highly recommended. For main we ordered rump steak and rib eye, both were great. With the side of carrots and chips which were seasoned great. We finished off with creme brulee which was divine. The atmosphere was a dimly lit candle lit dinner which is always a plus and the service was really good.
Fantastic dining experience! Food was amazing!Have nothing to fault. Each dish was flavourful and prepped/cooked perfectly. We had oysters, bone marrow, steak with 2 sides, and finished strong with their amazing crumble. Staff are soo chill.. all so kind, welcoming, and helpful. You could tell they were genuine and really made us felt cared for. Loved the ambience too. Def recommending this place!
I had the most incredible experience at GlenelgnnFrom the moment we walked in, everything was just perfect. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the team really cares about creating a great experience.nnThe food was absolutely amazing. We had the Tomahawk which was beautifully presented and you can really taste the quality and attention to detail.nnThe atmosphere was such a great vibe! I never leave reviews but I just highly recommend this one. This place is a gem
nnGlenelg Public House is such a fantastic place for a great meal! We had a wonderful time from start to finish. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and everything was beautifully presented.nnThe steak was absolutely outstanding ! cooked perfectly and full of flavour. And the bread was truly something special. It was so fresh and delicious, honestly some of the best bread I’ve ever had at a restaurant!nnA fantastic dining experience and somewhere we would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended!
