Gemelli Italian

About

Gemelli Italian is a contemporary Italian Restaurant located in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, combining traditional methods with modern flair to its menu.

Story

Gemelli simply translates from Italian to Twins, which is exactly what we are. Coming from a family of Italian heritage we were brought up to appreciate good food and more importantly, how to cook it! Whether it be the annual sauce and salami making with Nonno, or simply sharing a glass of vino with family and friends, we have always had a passion for Italian food and culture.

Our contemporary setting coupled with a vibrant atmosphere gives you the unique experience of our modern Italian establishment. A combination of traditional methods and modern flair, has allowed us to design a menu influenced by the many diverse regions of Italy, to deliver the best of Italian culture to Broadbeach.

Come join us and enjoy the fresh, distinct flavours that Gemelli has to offer. Salute!

Had a great meal at Gemelli Italian in Broadbeach. The pizza was fantastic, the crust was absolute perfection, fresh, and packed with flavor. The ambiance is charming and creates a great atmosphere for a night out. The only downside was the service, which felt a bit inattentive and could definitely use a little more care and detail. Overall, highly recommended for the incredible food, but hopefully, the customer service steps up to match!
We had a beautiful dinner here for my birthday. Julia was wonderful, she preempted all our needs and all the food came out really fast. I was especially delighted by the birthday tiramisu, that was such a lovely surprise and utterly delicious. Can also highly recommend the Carbonara, it was spectacular and the arancini was mouth-wateringly good. Thank you for a lovely evening!
Food was really nice. We had the pizza, vongole pasta and the prawns app -seafood was really fresh. Would come back for the food! We did make a reso and came early. The restaurant wasn’t full at all and wasn’t even when we left but the hostess did make us feel like it was a big deal to move the reso- probably better just to make one.
Came for lunch on a Saturday with a group of four. The atmosphere was great, noise levels was great could converse with other lunch guests at table without having to shout etc. The chef accommodated some changes to a pizza on the menu without hassle so bonus points to that.nnAll four adults ordered mains each, the cabonara was very average, but the rigatoni ragu was AMAZINGGGGGGG !! So delicious !! And the sausage pasta dish was great also ! Pizza was delicious as well.nnWas great pricing for drinks and food all up really great Saturday lunch with friends and family.nnWill return :
THE YUMMIEST PASTA IN AUSTRALIA!!! Every time I come to Gold Coast, my family ALWAYS come here to eat! There’s a huge variety of pasta to choose from, and there’s also lots of pizza and italian dishes. Every single dish is to die for, and the restaurant space is always so lively and homey. It’s always a good time eating here!
