Wanted to experience the quality seafood that Queensland has to offer so decided to book to have dinner here. From looking at the previous photos there showed that there was a wide variety available such as lobster and morton bay bugs. After being seated, checked what was available and was greatly disappointed that the seafood selection were quite minimal. We decided to stay and again was met with another disappointment that the dishes were either below or just average. When asked where were the lobsters etc we were told that they don't put them out on weekdays and even then it's on occasion. This should have been added to their website so folks are clear as to what they are getting. The prawns were nice but some were grainy. The oysters were super tiny. The meats that we had were the roast pork with crackling and the roast beef. Both were quite dry even with the sauce which was too salty. Also check one of the images attached. There is a bug on one of their desserts. Of the ones that didn't have any bugs were hit and miss. That aside the service was very good, very attentive. If the food was up to the same quality that would have been better. Overall quite meh. For the price I would go elsewhere.

We have been going to terraces for 20 years and I'm sad to say that on Saturday evening we were greatly disappointed for the first time. We were given a 5.30 or 8.00pm sitting .. we chose the latter. Selections were minimal, the buffet was half empty and was not being refilled. The quality of the seafood was poor, tasteless and frozen...I didn't even go to the dessert bar, but my partner was not impressed...Very little choice and can get better at a local pub. We go for the dining experience, but the atmosphere and quality are gone. We shall find other venues who care about their patrons and give value for the money spent.

I booked the terraces for my bday and also being a Marriott member. $83 pp I honestly think it’s overpriced for the food you get. Yes all you can eat but not a lot of selection. Very disappointed but that’s my opinion and the 5 other guests that I had with me.

Great Restaurant! Staff are impeccable and helpful! Beautiful food options and chefs will also give personal service! Very enjoyable every time!
