I was with pakuranga medical for 20+ years and since tend took over its so bad I've left. Local doctors sylvia park is 100% improvement. Seeing actual quick results with Dr miles. Also their appointment is only $19 and free for acc. No brainer. There are much better services out there.

Tend has been my medical centre for many years and they are fine. However I booked to see a doctor this morning at 830am. I arrived early and sat in the waiting room for 45mins before finally been told the doctor was not in town today. They were polite about it but it wasted a lot of my time.

TLDR:nnGood APPnGreat Customer ServicenGreat Dr's from varied backgroundsnAwesome nurses available through the appnFlexible approach to appointmentsnForward thinking business modelnnThe medical system in NZ has no shortage of issues and need for improvementnnI've been with tend for around 4 years and by far Tend has made up for a lot of the short comings that the system has.nnFriendly customer service that I've never had upset at me for forgetting appointments and always come across understanding and approachable.nnRebooking is made easy and fast replies in the app make getting in to see my Dr easier than ever.nnI usually see Dr Ciaran who has been amazing to deal with and great at not only making me feel heard but also leaves me more infomed on what steps are needed to better look after my health.nnI've dealt with other Dr's as well at tend and all have been good experiences and each has come across proactive in their approach to help.nnGreat service. Like all medical centers there is room for improvement. What I like about tend is they make a visible effort to achieve the improvements.nnThank you Tend.

Nothing but issues since tend took over. Had an appointment and the only doctor on decided to cancel the day before, complete waste of my time and I will be enrolling elsewhere. Not the first time I've been screwed over
