Absolutely discusting behaviour and undue comments made by Dr Sitaleki Finau. This man lacks professionalism and empathy a doctor should show towards his patients. My 3yr old son and I had waited over an hour and made a quick dash to the Bathroom which I made known to the receptionist, came out and waited for about 15mins than went back to counter and asked one of the nurses if my son had been called just incase and nurse couldnt see his form in tray so she said for us to step into her room and she will attend to us. After the initial check up we had to wait to be called by the Doctor. 15 mins later I heard our surname being called out I walked to the Doctor and said "Timothy Tulaga" and with a stare that can kill he than rudely asked if I was death which in shock I said no and than proceeded with saying "I called you 5 times.. Well get in the room" with no care at all who heard him as he was loud enough for other patients to hear as the waiting room was obviously quite. I was holding my son then and didnt want to get into any confrontation with Sitaleki. As entering the room I said sorry we may have been in the Bathroom at the time he initially called (though it couldnt have been the case as we were not yet seen by the nurse at that stage which is standard protocol at the practice) than if you thought his comments at the start was bad enough he went on to comment " Well I hope you had a good wash after that" Absolutely out of this world insane in complete shock! I will be making a complaint to however high I can go. Certainly this behaviour is a disgrace and quite frankly needs to be eradicated effective immediately! This place is quite popular for eczema cream but they charge a $5 fee pp regardless of age for mixing of cream and placing it in small tub/s after collecting the free of charge prescribed creams which come in seperate tubes from the pharmacy next door. This can be prescribed at any doctor and you can even mix it yourself to avoid having to wait for hours on end being treated rudely by Sitaleki and than having to be charged for the premix tubs. Was coming to the end of the day, My family and I waited almost three hours, our visit was for my 11year old daughter. Once we got in the doctor (Dr Finau) was so rude and disrespectful very disappointed in his manner he even spoke rude to my 11year old.Waited 3hrs and paid $20 to have a 2 minute consultation with a bitter,grumpy fool, i understand that he was the only doctor on and it was a long day but "come on!!!" Show some respect and professionalism even if your tired. (P.S) Maybe Mt Wellington health center should look at having more doctors on the weekend and also selling the eczema cream straight from the counter, instead of having us wait for hours on end and paying a consultation fee...Ridiculous

Long queue has always been an issue but if that queue entails changing your life by seeing flaring up psoriasis with a magic cream mixture from Dr Williams then I would rather wait and get that treatment rather than wasting time on other clinics without developments on the flared up psoriasis. Can guarantee as I have seen a child with severe eczema back to normal skin without any traces. Thanks God for giving us Dr Williams for this cream mixture which changes our lives

Very pathetic service. I went there with so painful hand and front desk directed me to nurse.I waited at nurses room half an hour and no doctor came to see , after a while they said no power can't look after you. The way they treated me is very poor service. But I got good service always from Dr. Joe Williams .

Yes long wait time but should have gone to see this doctor earlier. Our son has had severe eczema for seven years and we had heard about Dr Williams but we're skeptical. We are very grateful as our son although he still has eczema is at least 85% better than before. Thank you Dr Williams.
