This ascot hospital in greenlane whitecross is very hopeless doctors and nurses,I have been waiting to see nurse 2hrs and then doctors 4 to 5hrs.they are very lazy nurse and doctors. Don't even care what white cross means.and my daughter was having shortness of breath but still they don't care for small kids.really lazy doctors and nurses.

I was in EMERGENCY SITUATIONS and yet had to wait for more than 3 hours to get assistance from the doctor, at the end of the day nothing's change the Doctor just advised me to go home since it will take some time to feel well. The nurses was rude.

My surgery went flawless. Simon and Matt were professional, friendly & polite. The majority of nurses were so lovely I wish I could have stayed longer. I think it's worth noting that not everyone gets along in the real world & this environment applies also. I didnt get along with 2 nurses which was a real shame! But overall, it was a good experience. The food and coffee's were delicious. Great easy parking on site.

This hospital offers private facilities. My experience was faultless from reception to procedure. Staff friendly and professional.

Warning, I had surgery here recently and part was covered by myself and part was covered by my insurance.  They have charged us both a fixed fee.  So for example I stayed three nights, i have paid for this and so has my insurance. They are double dipping and that to me is unacceptable.  $43k total cost and everyone I have spoken to that has had the same surgeries around the country, costs were around $31k.
