Picked up our new CX80 today, Izaak Harrison couldn't have been more helpful.nBy the time we got it home 5 minutes drive we had forgotten how to get Android car play working, a quick call and we dropped in all good.nHe and the team couldn't have been more friendly and amazing.nHighly recommended.

He was patient, honest and very kind which made me feel like I was in great hands. We recently purchased our very first car — a 2025 Mazda3 G20 Touring Demo — from Pakenham Mazda, and we are so glad that Brandon was our sales consultant.nnThis was the first car for me and my sister, and Brandon made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Although he couldn’t offer extra discounts or freebies as the demo already came with a very generous discount, he went above and beyond to ensure the car was prepared just like a brand-new vehicle before delivery.nnHe also patiently explained how placing a deposit could secure our priority to purchase the car, which gave us confidence throughout the process. His advice and professionalism gave us peace of mind, and his service made it a truly pleasant experience.

I understand people recognise the new car feels, however I wanted to share my feedback on the service at Pakenham. I have been going to Brighton to get my car serviced for years, and as I have recently moved down to this area, I booked my car into Pakenham and it was an outstanding service experience. I was greeted by my name, as they clearly identified what car I got out of and went straight to the paperwork to find those details. I was late picking my car up and I apologised for getting there after the serviced area closed, but they were so polite and friendly, when i know others would be annoyed. When I got my keys and went to my car, I was speechless, the car had a professional clean inside and out, it looked brand new. Now that's what I call a service. I shared my experience with my sister who will start coming to Pakenham for her service. Thank you Pakenham Mazda service team.
