My husband Paul and I have taken possession of our new D-MAX today. The whole process from our initial viewing of the vehicle to pick up was exceptional. We thank Grant for his knowledge, friendly approach and offer of any future assistance. Sales Manager Scott was also a pleasure to deal with, as was the entire dealership team we were fortunate to be introduced to during the handover appointment this afternoon. We look forward to an ongoing relationship for further servicing and any future requirements we may have. Thank you to all!
Highly recommend Grant was absolutely amazing to deal with throughout the entire process! Very helpful while we tried to decide on the exact model etc that we wanted so many options so many colours so hard to choose! I’d also like to acknowledge how brilliant Jeff was helping us get our finance needs sorted incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
Not reliable dealership for brand new cars. Not even able to fix the security system turning on and off automatically. Went to the dealership office and while with the service manager everything is fine. They said there is not nothing error but after coming out from the service station again facing same issue for the month.nPoor Sales Lady Keely is helpless.nDefinitely not recommended and for those who wants to buy vehicles just finger crossed to them!
We have just brought a New Isuzu Mux from Pakenham Isuzu. Our experience dealing with Keely and Jeff was nothing short from Amazing!! Their professinolism when organising the sale of our new car and keeping us informed was exceptional. Highly recomend these guys our experience with them was stress free!!! The way it should be when buying a new car!!
Grant was helpful from day 1 when purchasing my MU-X, he was super helpful and lovely. Made the entire process easy. Could not recommend enough!! Great service and people skills.nThank you again Grant
