Extremely disappointing experience with Ford Pakenham customer service.nnMy original service for My Ford Everest was booked for 30/01/2026 with valet pickup, which was missed without proper communication. It was then rescheduled to 03/02/2026, causing unnecessary inconvenience.nnBefore the service, I raised multiple concerns over the phone, including an engine warning light and a mileage issue and tail gate malfunction. At the time of service, I was told they did not have enough time to check the mileage issue and that it was not listed on the job card, so I was asked to reschedule yet again.nnMore concerning, even for the engine warning light , I was told by receptionist they could not connect the vehicle to Ford’s system and reschedule it again for another day as they don’t have enough time. This is unacceptable for an authorised Ford dealership, especially when an RACV technician arranged by Ford was previously able to connect to the vehicle without any issue.nnThe tailgate malfunction issue was also written on the job card but completely ignored. 3rd timenn*Once payment was taken as this was a valet service, I asked update for my reported concerns which they didn’t bother to check. When I followed up, the receptionist kept transferring my calls between departments, none of which listened or took ownership of the issues.nLater asking me to reschedule for another day leaving me with no other choice.nnIf Ford dealerships cannot properly diagnose major warning lights or follow what is clearly reported, it raises serious questions about service standards. Paying dealership prices should mean access to proper tools, time, and accountability — not repeated excuses and delays.nnThis experience has seriously reduced my confidence in Ford Australia and its authorised service network. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
Just purchased a 2025 Ford Mustang GT V8 Convertable from Ford Packenham. We love it. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely buy from them again as they have a huge collection of beautiful cars to choose from. My only gripe was I was going to have a ceramic coating applied to protect my investment. We were due to collect the car at 1pm, it was 9am and they hadn't even started. The pre ceramic coating process including clay bar should have taken about 3-4 hrs, then the ceramic coating, if applied properly would have taken about 3-4 hrs. The most crucial part of the process is the curing stage that should be at least 48hrs with a minimum of 24hrs in a controlled environment. In the 1st 24hrs it should not get wet or be subjected to environmental contamination such as dust, pollen or bug splatter. Any foreign matter can interfere with the curing process, yet they were going to let me drive it home at 1pm which would have compromised my new car. Luckily I'd done my research and was able to cancel the coating. As I'm writing this review, Jims detailing is currently applying the ceramic coating at my house. Selling excellent cars is what Ford Packenham do, but I'd advise getting your ceramic coating else where.
Couldn’t be happier with the experience purchasing my Ford Ranger from Pakenham Ford.nnJack and the team were fantastic from start to finish, professional, transparent and easy to deal with. No pressure, just straight-up good service and clear communication the whole way through.nnThe process was smooth, everything was explained properly, and delivery was exactly as promised.nnHighly recommend Jack and the team if you’re looking for a new or used Ford. Great experience all round.
Warranty and Service is A1 at Pakenham FordnI Purchased my used 2021 Ford Ranger XLT Hi Rider 4X2 from Pakenham Ford with 18mths still left on the Warranty and 98000kms on the clock, as Berwick Ford was close to a Rail station , i took my Ute there for service, just before the 120000km service my suspension was squeaking a hell of a lot. I Took my Ute for its service and said that it has suspension issues. I went to pick up my Ute after service and was told that Non Genuine Ford Parts were Found and this was not covered by Warranty, even though this Ute had only been serviced at Ford Dealers since brand New. I Took this back to Pakenham were i Purchased it from. The Service Team at Pakenham were excellent and went over the Ute and found that the Diff Bushes and Both Rear Shockers were completely worn out and Diff Bushes were to replaced on Friday, but as it was a detailed Job was not finished and Mia from Service arranged for myself to have a Brand New Ranger Free Loan Car for the entire weekend and Shockers were booked in on the next available day and Brand New Ranger Free Loan Car was offered again for that day, All the service Team bent over backwards to help me Total Cost to Myself was ZERO Money Upfront.nThis experience could of been a nightmare for me due to the previous Owner using Non Genuine Ford Parts, Thank You Pakenham Ford
Jack and Jackson were amazing and helped make a bucket list moment possible. Would highly recommend Pakenham Ford
