If i could give ZERO for customer sevice I would.nAs a woman going in alone the tge rudeness of 2 car salesman i spoke to was disgusting.nIf you want to sell cars maybe be nicer to your customers. Also just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I don't know anything about car!!!
My girlfriend and I bought a car VW golf a while back from the Melbourne group. One of theirnstaff damaged the front bumper. They said they would fix it. No worries. I remember on the way home herd noises and discovered there was still broken plastics tucked in behind the bumper when we got it home. After getting it serviced for the first time after purchase. We were informed they had siliconed the sump plug because it was leaking. Would never purchase from these crooks again. Be careful when forking out 18-20k for a car. When you live hours away to travel to buy a car and it's a bit dodge it's a bit disappointing.
Prime wheels are decent guys to buy from. Love my Fg XR6 turbo. Good price and great car.
Purchased Hyundai Sonata, my first car last week!! With Gippsland…. The car looks brand new, drives very smoothly, maintained very neat and clean. Luke was the guy who was always there to answer my questions and Gary was the loan guy who did all the paper work well in advance… overall I am very satisfied with their services and level of professionalism. Will definitely recommend them…
