Had a snorkel fitted. When I picked the car up a clip was broken on the bonnet protector, and dirty hand prints on the drivers door and bonnet, when I approached staff about the issue with the bonnet protector the staff member I spoke to (Not going to mention name) really didn't care nor was it mentioned when I collected the keys. Would i go back or recommend arb pakenham for future fitment of products? Diffently not, I'll be going elsewhere. Which is a shame being a local I'm generally happy to spend it local. In future arb Pakenham, wipe the work area down and report to customer any issues, no matter how small you may think it is. Happy with snorkel....

Happy to take the small fortune you pay for gear, and will accommodate whatever you want......however After sales service and fault finding is terrible, they blamed me for problems without proper diagnosis, only when i pushed them to look further did they find the real problem, quick to shirk responsibility. With the amount of money i spent there i expected better!!! I wont be going back!!
