 I recently had the pleasure of meeting Priscilla Edwards at the Melbourne National 4x4 show, and she made my experience with ARB Pakenham truly exceptional. Priscilla assisted me in placing an order for a bull bar for my new Next Gen Ranger. Her professionalism and attention to detail ensured that the entire process, from purchase to installation at my local ARB dealer, was a breeze.  I must also commend ARB for their outstanding products. Having used other bull bar brands in the past, I can confidently say that ARB's quality surpasses them in both appearance and finish. The durability and craftsmanship are second to none, and I am thoroughly impressed.  Thank you, Priscilla, and the ARB team, for providing such a top-notch experience. I am beyond happy with the quality and service I received.

Very happy with the service here at ARB Pakenham. We got some great advice and help with purchasing a new canopy and roof rack for our car. When things didn't go to plan on the day, the team were amazing with everything. They came and picked up our car, went and corrected the issues and dropped it back to us, as well as left some amazing goodies in the back. So incredibly grateful for the service here & will definitely be back in the future.

Thanks to Andy and the workshop guys for fixing my front locker that failed after the first use after being installed incorrectly by Warragul ARB.

Absolutley faultless service from the team at Pakenham, Nathan and the team went above and beyond with warranty of products, they abasolutley stand by their brand. I couldn't fault the service from initial contact to completion. My vehicle was repaired in record time, I wasn't stuffed around and I had constant communication thru the process. You guys rock. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Have to say excellent service from Justin there. My arb zero fridge broke night before a big 10 day trip and they kindly lent me their display fridge and got mine fixed free of charge whilst I was away. Its service like this that will bring me back to the store. I've had bad experiences with arb stores in the past so it really makes the difference

Absolutely dreadful i do not recommend anybody use them, I dropped my car off at 9am was told to come back at 4:30pm to pick it up, I proceeded to come back at 4:30pm to be told another 30 minutes, that's fine stuff happens and we're all human... fast forward to 6:15pm and I am still sitting waiting for my car after 1 hour and 15 minutes after it was meant to be done with no word on how much longer i will be waiting, so I have now had to organise somebody else to pick my children up from daycare as ARBs stuff around has left me un able to pick them up. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, if you cannot complete a job simply inform the client not leaving them waiting and make them unable to pick there children up

I have been here a few times now and had a great experience with the people who work there they are really good and the jobs I have done on my car is very good the best 4x4 place
