My wife parked there recently on a quiet mid-day evening and did her shop, then had to deal with some serious personal issues, so she walked the short distance to the appointment.nA few weeks later we have a parking fine - $85 after 2 decades of shopping with Pak 'n' Save.nIt's an utter disgrace and you have lost way more than the fine. Never again.
Bought chicken legs here on monday 19th January. Packed on 18th January. Best before date 22nd January. Opened the packet today and they were rotten. The stench is unbelievable! Black mould on the end of the legs - tucked underneath so not easy to spot on purchase. There is no way these should have been sold to the public. Where is the quality control. Disgusting
Extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at Pak’nSave Papakura.nnAfter finishing our shopping and paying in full, I was followed into the car park by security, in front of many people, and treated like a criminal. I was with my two young children at the time. If there was any concern or doubt, they could have respectfully stopped us inside the store at checkout to check the trolley — I would have had absolutely no objection to that.nnAfter checking, it was confirmed that every single item in the trolley had been paid for. There was absolutely nothing unpaid. Instead of humiliating paying customers, security should sharpen their observation skills and focus on real issues, not target people who have done nothing wrong.nnWhat made this even worse was the way the security staff spoke to me — rude, insulting, and completely unprofessional, especially towards a woman and in front of children. This behaviour was unnecessary, intimidating, and unacceptable.nnShame on Pak’nSave Papakura, and especially on the security staff member involved. This is not how customers should ever be treated.
Great grocery store with fresh produce and a wide variety of products. The store is clean well-organized and the staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable, and I can always find what I need quickly. Definitely one of my go-to spots for weekly shopping.
Pak n save is well known for its low priced items. This store is no exception. The entrance is greeted with range of specials on display. The store is huge.nThe displays are clean and tidy. Everything seems to be in its place.nThe staff are continually filling in where required.nThere is lot of variety of almost everything. The deli kitchen has been moved out and replaced by pre packed items. The meats are adequately packed to avoid dripping of juices. There is limited variety of wines but the selection is great.nThe signage is excellent. There is of course plenty of parking both covered and uncovered.nThe petrol station has well priced petrol available. I guess at some stage they may look to extend it to EV charging.nThe staff is helpful.
