Peter was exactly the patient and level-headed person I needed to secure a reliable transportation of a pallet of personal belongings that had arrived for me via sea freight in Melbourne but was stuck in Government bureaucracy and hard-nosed docklands depot policies! Completely understanding of my predicament, in spite of the fact that the first courier he organised for me was rejected at the depot, Peter maintained the essential lifeline to the depot staff, thereby securing that all operators were satisfied in their demands and nothing became damaged or lost. Combined with previous smaller jobs that Peter & Diane have helped me with, their 100% integrity just grows and grows.

I am the Program Manager for MissingSchool's telepresence robot pilot and all of us at MissingSchool want to extend our deepest appreciation for the brilliant team at Pack & Send Belconnen. MissingSchool is a national advocacy group working to keep seriously sick kids connected to their schools. We have recently started a national pilot to place telepresence robots in the schools of kids who cannot attend because of their illness. This is to help them stay up to date academically, but also to keep them connected to their teachers and classmates. We recently had the need to send three robots to schools in NSW and Victoria. Their safe transportation was a high priority. After so much investigation, we found the team at Pack & Send Belconnen. The team guided us on the type of packing and packaging needed to get the robots safely to their schools. They then purpose made that packaging and tailored the internals to meet the need. We were given exemplary service, care and support. The work took an exceptional amount of resources and time that we were not charged for. We want to acknowledge that this kind of charitable support is what makes it possible for us to do our work. We are a volunteer organisation and in kind support such as this is invaluable to our efforts. Thank you to the team at Pack & Send Belconnen for their work in keeping sick kids connected to their schools.

I am an artist living in Canberra and I always use Pack & Send to transport my paintings to and from exhibitions or competitions. The paintings are wrapped carefully and securely, and always arrive safely and on time. Recently I was asked to take part in an exhibition in London. The best price to transport my paintings to London, using the art dealer's contacts, was far too much. So I asked Peter and Dianne how much they would charge me, and I was pleasantly surprised. Last year they transported a painting I had sold in Canberra to an address in New York. The client was very pleased with the price. I am very pleased to recommend them, not only for their reasonable prices, but also for their friendly help and the care they take with my paintings.

I have used Pack and Send Belconnen several times now and I will continue to use them for their outstanding service and above and beyond ability to meet my needs. Being a family owned franchise the personalised service is invaluable. Definitely recommend!
