Capital Removal Canberra

Do not use - would give zero stars. The so called manager Boz is incredibly rude to customers. Turned up 1.5hrs earlier than booked to pick up. On returning the items, changed plans at the minute with no prior communication. Originally booked for 2pm return but rang at 10 to say they were on the way. When we queried the timing, we received a barrage of abuse and were falsely accused of making complaints about how the company is run. Gave us no option to have the items delivered later. Boz didn’t even show his face when they came to drop off our furniture - he sat in the truck while the boys brought it all in and then drove off without so much as an apology. Rude, highly unreliable and not worth the hassle.

I engaged Capital Removals to do a short term furniture removal and storage for my tenants (allowing for renovations to take place), and did so with specific times of pick up and delivery, with my tenants work and private schedules in mind - The schedules were agreed to a week in advance between all parties. On furniture pick up day Capital Removals arrived earlier than was originally scheduled; then when the items were returned a few days later the same thing happened again and my tenant was abused and bullied by staff from Capital Removals to take delivery of the goods at the unscheduled time. This level of behaviour is unacceptable and Canberra is too small of a place to get away with it. People will catch on. 0 Stars.

"They arrived on time at the unit, co-ordinated with the team there to get the unit cleared out and got everything safely delivered and in place at our house in Sydney that evening. No problems, no fuss and at a reasonable price. Thank You"
