So efficient!!! Two jobs recently requiring fast delivery. One dropped to Pack and Send Friday 4.30pm and delivered at 6.30pm in Cairns Saturday for a major conference Sunday morning. The other went to Norfolk Island, dropped the Friday morning and delivered to Norfolk Island the following Tuesday. Amazing given that there are only 2 flights a week. Sanka is so efficient. Gets the quote to you quickly with all the details we require. Even tracked the first job Saturday afternoon.

I found the staff at Pack and Send amazing. They helped me deal with a difficult situation with empathy and kindness. They made sure the items I sent were packed and delivered efficiently. I cannot thank them enough. The items arrived quickly and safely, even the bike!

What a rare and pleasant experience! I used Pack & Send Canberra to send a promotional banner. The customer service was fantastic! I also wanted to give the lady at reception (sorry I didn't catch your name) a shutout as she was super friendly, polite and went out of her way to be helpful! Will definitely use this service again in the future for my small business!

Pack & Send rescued a treasured piece of jewellery I left in a tray at the Security Check at Canberra Airport. Over the phone I arranged with the wonderful staff at Pack & Send to collect the item, pack, dispatch and deliver it. I was kept informed about each step of the item’s journey and every promise made was kept. Fantastic service and reasonably priced too!
