Andrew and Leader Removals & Storage are without question the most professional company I’ve ever dealt with. I stupidly made arrangements with another company for my removals from Canberra to Melbourne. Like heros, Andrew and Leader stepped in at short notice when the other company simply failed to turn up to the agreed removals date (even though it was booked and paid for weeks in advance). Leader just took charge of everything...removals, storage, cleaning and returning my keys to the agent. And totally reasonably priced when I was in a complete bind, as I needed to leave Canberra and vacate the premise. A really stressful situation that they just made simple and hassle free. Kim in the office reassured me that from handing over the key my stressful situation was over and i could drive back to Melbourne as planned and they would take care of everything, and she could not have been more right. Andrew kept me up to date throughout with photos of the removals, and I got my full bond back without any issues raised by the agent - so the cleaners clearly did a good job. Absolutely amazing service. Great value. Cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone looking for Canberra removals or storage!! Thank you so much!!

I moved from Canberra to Brisbane this time last year and found Leader Removals to be very professional and easy to deal with at this stressful time. The staff are all wonderful and nothing is too much effort for them. All belongings made it safely to Brisbane very efficiently. So when my parents were making the same move this year, I didn't hesitate to recommend they use Leader Removals. We are all so glad they did. This move put a lot of strain and stress on my parents who are in their late 70's. Leader Removals handled everything for them and the move went incredibly smoothly. In addition to the actual move, Leader packed my parents belongings, cleaned the house, arranged for the car to be transported from Canberra to Brisbane, and arranged storage when there was a delay on settlement. The incredible staff, in particular Fran and Andrew, made sure that the actual removal was not ever going to cause my parents any worries. Can't say enough good things about this company and would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks guys!

Such a wonderful service from Fran and her team, you can really tell that they work hard at their jobs and customer satisfaction. I have used many removalists over the years but will never use another other than Fran and her team again!! If you want the best job for the greatest service, don't bother going anywhere else but Leader removals, if you think anyone else is better you would be wrong!

Five stars services! These two young boys are champions, did really awesome jobs!!!!!!!good organised, no damage, I bought drinks and paid them tips, they desired. Fantastic, will come back to use leader removal again! Introduced to my friend already!! Really reasonable price.

Fantastic moving experience. Who knew that was a thing!! Andrew, Fran and there great team helped me every step of the way during what is always a very stressful time. They moved me from Coast to Canberra taking excellent care of all my furniture and goods, provided reasonably priced storage and kept me laughing along the way. Thank you again Leader team. I highly recommend your services to people moving locally and interstate.
