-unprofessional. -damaged my goods. -worst customer service. Never bothered to contact me regarding my booking even when my stuff was damaged. Had to chase up several times myself what was happening with my booking. -very very poor service. My goods were several days late to be picked up and dropped off. Would never use them again and highly wouldn't recommend anyone else to either.

I used Moving Mates Canberra to move my furniture from Monash to Calwell. I was quite satisfied with their job. Joao (John) provided me correct advice on what size truck to use and on the time it would take to move. Good value.
