My husband booked to park here. There were no parking spots and numerous cars behind us looking for a spot. We wasted about 30 minutes going in the car park and exiting it. We got charged $17.60 which was refunded after he made a statement about our experience. We would have missed our hospital appointment had we not left early. Would have been helpful to know the carpark was full before we entered.
First Parking at 250 Ipswich Road is fast, convenient, and very easy to use. Being able to pay online through an account is a really nice modern feature and makes the whole process much smoother.nnThere are heaps of parking spots available, which is great, although it does fill up very quickly during busy times. The car park can also feel quite tight in some areas, especially when larger cars are parked nearby. Overall though, a very convenient and reliable parking option.
Good prices if you join up with them, only issue is the tight turn around at the top should you not find a park. They need to remove like 2 parks on the roof as a turn around area as it becomes a traffic jam on the roof! Otherwise great thanks guys
The parking is okay if you can get a spot, no sign to say when full and it’s quite a effort to get to the top with the narrow lanes and tight bends only to find place is full and no where to turn around. Otherwise it’s okay. The price if you sign up online is pretty good if you’re at the hospital for quite some time.
This parking made my visit to the hospital very easy to go to the Drs clinic that I needed to see.
