If I could give this no stars, I would happily. There is no card facilities on the machines (cash only) or at the cashier. Despite there being some weird eftpos/card part on the machine, it cant be used to pay your ticket. They redirect you to the atm around the corner, and of course its an atm I have never heard of before. I ended up at woolies withdrawing cash. Are you serious? By the looks of the reviews youve been doing this for a while now. Absolutely poor!

It’s 2018. How do you not take eftpos? Making people withdraw cash with added atm fee is ridiculous. Why have eftpos capability on your parking payment machines and not have it enabled? Having a sign that it’s cash only doesn’t fix the issue. People are already having to visit a hospital which isn’t pleasant to begin with...

Can someone please fix the pay stations here. I supported a poor old gentleman today at 7am (who had somehow already racked up $7 in parking fees) work out that one pay station took no notes or eftpos then we put his $20 in the other machine and it gave him no coins change! So he walks away with $3 less than he should have and you pocket far too much money. Even with my offer of support on my way to work he gave up - as the system is all to hard after an already stressful morning at hospital. Your lack of desire to fix ammenities st this Parking station leads me to believe your only motivation is financial - showing great disrespect to your regular clientele who use your poor facilities daily for work, and at the expense of some of our most vulnerable. Yet somehow you get away with it. Stop taking advantage of a captive, disempowered , desperate audience and pick up your game.
