Worst parking experience ever. Pre-booked and upon arrival ended up in a queue which led to having to hand over our keys as no parks available. Don't feel comfortable with strangers driving my car, and certainly didn't expect to be put in that position. Understaffed and trying to overbook to make more money at the expense of the customers. Will Never, Ever, Ever, use this parking place again as no guarantee you will have a space to park in even if you book ahead. Better off taking a chance to park in the street without the bad service and stress.
Handy parking spot. Prices have increased a fair bit recently. On one occasion there were no available parking spots even though we had pre-booked and no human attendant to help us out. Generally good though.
We went in the carpark and search a spot to park for 30 mins however there is ANY available parking spot! After 30mins we gave up and We tried to intercom to wave the charge as we couldn’t find any spot to park. They answered and said need to pay and hangout and never answered again!! It’s such a joke! Never use this car Park again!
Very convenient location, however limited parking for general public that can leave you circling for a park in particularly busy periods
Do not enter! Do not pre book. Drove in and found parking, stayed around 2 hours tried putting in our code at exit but failed, called staff and got put to a pig of a women who had said we left the carpark already and we had to pay full overnight price? We had not even left carpark. I don’t steel or expect free gifts I just wanted to pay a fair and agreed price. The staff member was one of the worst customer service personnel I have ever spoken with. Nice place Southbank and awesome restaurants. Shame this is badly managed. Shame.
Convenient. But due to the flooding there are no lifts and not very visible signage for stairs or an ulterior way to walk out after parking. Some extra temp signage until the lifts are fixed would be very helpful.
Good value parking lot, especially while QPAC car park is under repair. Lifts were out of order on our last 2 visits so not suitable for wheelchairs or the elderly.
Poor signage, not enough parking spots made worse by over-sold parking. 4 of us booked & pre-paid online only to find no parking spots on arrival. After driving around the small area for 20 minutes, I snagged a park as someone left, another of my party parked in 'reserved' parking with no name sign above and the other 2 had no choice but to leave and find parking elsewhere. Meanwhile the entrance boom gates continued to let more cars in for non existent parking spots. If Secure Park don't have enough availability, put up the 'car park full unless prepaid' sign, a practice which many carparks do - that would be a very simple solution which would prevent much frustration.
One piece of feedback - the touchpad for entry and exits is garbage - entering the code takes four or five tries. The left side didn’t work at all. Cars were backed up for 20mins.
I turned up for parking today 16/7/22 after 1.30pm and I had pre-booked to find no car parks. I was not happy and I wasn't the only one to arrive - pre paid and no parks. Why did this happen? We all ended up parking in reserved parking that wasn't for us. This isn't good enough. There should have been spare car parks for the ones that had already booked and paid.
