I went into Ozwinds today to buy myself a new mouthpiece and my experience at the store was absolutely excellent! They allowed me to play around with mouthpieces, uninterrupted, or as long as I needed to. The staff were fantastic and attentive to my needs without being pushy and the store was nice and air conditioned and a nice break from the heat outside. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Got myself a lovely Pearl Flute from here. Friendly staff helped me make the right choices and try out the instruments - then afford them with good payment plans. Also when I needed it repaired I brought it in and it was done on the spot. Great experience with this place!

For a Sydney-sider, Ormond isn't exactly an easy trip from Melbourne Central. However, the arduous journey was worthwhile. The staff here are polite and friendly, and were very helpful. We had plenty of time to try out a number of flutes in a room. They even found a music stand and we grabbed one of their books for my daughter to test some pieces. We found a flute that she liked playing, they offered us a great price and ended up buying it. Unfortunately she isn't doing her daily practices on holidays, but no complaints about the shop. Happy days.

Absolutely stellar and knowledgeable customer service with a great range. I travelled across town and didn’t buy anything yet Ruby was still super helpful in helping me figure out what I needed. Thank you Ozwinds, you were worth the trip and I’ll be back again!
