I visited ozstrings with my son to purchase a viola and I must say the staff were fantastic and helped us choose the instrument that was perfect for him. His teacher is also impressed with the viola he is now in love with. Thank you

Ended up walking out of the shop. I wanted to rent an instrument, was left at the counter entering my details in to the stores computer. Needed help but the guy who had been "helping" us was with another customer. NEVER have I had to complete my own application on a stores computer, EVER! Shocking service, bad experience, will not be returning. Still need an instrument.
